I taped it and am watching it as we speak. I didn't get to the Big Bird comment yet, but it's good that Kermit and Piggy were picked first for a change. I liked Piggy's line: They sound like real losers if you ask me. I'm looking forward to watching more of it.
Yeah, it would be good to...
That was a year ago? Now, I think I remember it was the same week that Kermit was on the Craig Kilborn show and that was just before the Christmas movie came out last year. So, yeah, you're right. I must not have been thinking clearly. It's been a long week for me. Lol.
It's still hard...
Thanks for the information. I was sort of worried about that, since over the years Steve has gotten really good with Kermit and Ernie. I was hoping that they weren't recast or anything.
I just read at imdb.com, that this guy has been performing Ernie on "Sesame Street" lately. What happened to Steve Whitmire? I also read that he is performing Oscar on the Sesame Street 4-D thing? What about Carroll Spinney or Matt Vogel. Where did this new guy come from? Just curious.
Yeah, I think Kermit could have gotten more airtime. He really wasn't on that long. It just wasn't the same as his appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show when he was the co-host. Though he did have some good lines. I especially liked when he got all worked up when somebody showed him that Miss...
Well, remember when Kermit and Piggy were on the show a few years ago and Piggy was in the center with Whoopi? I'm hoping they'll do something like that again. That way she'll get picked more often.
Actually, I missed that. I only hope they'll be put in a spot where they get picked a lot during the game. I'll have to remember to tape the show, since now I'm not usually around when it's on.
I just read at the tvtome episode guide that in this movie Sam the Eagle had a full head of hair from taking medication. However, I don't remember that part in the movie. I actually thought that was the only scene where he was shown. Can someone give me more info on this? Thanks.
I agree I really like "dumb" characters like him. I wish he had appeared in more Muppet movies besides MTI, but I guess Pepe is Bill Barretta's main character these days. Hmmmm. What else can I say, while I'm waiting 120 seconds. Oh some really good lines of his...
Polly Lobster: Give it...
Didn't they really do something like that on "Muppet Babies?" I'm referring to "Wizard of Oz" here, not "Meet the Parents." I also heard a song on MC Radio with the Muppets acting out the "Wizard of Oz" characters. That idea would be okay if it hadn't already been done.
That's really good. I was a bit disturbed when I read the original sketch (I don't remember seeing it on TV, so I had to read the script at the SSLA) because I thought it was out of character for Ernie to get that mad at Herbert for no real reason. This is an improvement. Just a minor...
I didn't get a chance to comment on the TMS guides for season 2, or the ones for season one for that matter, so I thought I'd say a few things here. They're really great. I like all the pics and everything. Just a few comments. I've noticed you didn't say who the patient was for some Vet's...
