I agree. Dave is more famous for :concern:  Zoot and Beauregard. He only replaced Henson when performing  . Though on the other hand, I've noticed Kermit and Beaker on the Steve Whitmire menu. Maybe it would have been a good idea to include Waldorf on Dave's menu.
I agree. It kind of bugs me when JTE begins Big Bird is doing his own thing, but when he hears the announcer voice: IT'S TIME TO PLAY JOURNEY TO ERNIE!! He's like 'Oh, boy. I love that game.' Bert would be like, "Not now, Ernie. I'm busy sorting socks" or something like that. Then maybe...
Yeah, I read that Bob was married in real life and had five sons, I guess he didn't want to pretend to be married to another girl. The question about what happened to Linda and Barkley is a puzzle. I know Barkley is Linda's dog, so I guess there's no sense in keeping her dog if she's not...
That's interesting. I thought Bob was always a music teacher. I really couldn't picture him as a shop teacher. Of course, I believe you. After all the show was on over ten years before I was born. I'm just sort of surprised to learn that.
Who is Tom anyway? When did he work at the store? Though I do remember I used to have a golden book where some Muppet named Felix was working at Hooper's. I don't know what was up with that.
I agree with that. I often think about the similarities between Grover and Gonzo. Two blue, furry Muppets with very similar characteristics. It would be great to see them pal around with each other.
Actually, I think you mean "Biff and Sully." Yeah, it would be great to see them again. As for Roosevelt Franklin, I don't think he was in the Christmas special. He seemed to have been retired in the early 70s. Prarie Dawn's still around though. She usually does the "Letter of the Day"...
You could possibly check the SS Lyrics Archive and look under "Bert and Ernie" songs. I think it's there somewhere. They usually tell you at that site what albums those songs are available on.
Yeah, I've noticed that. When I watched Sesame Street as a kid, they usually used numbers 2-11 or maybe 12 as the number of the day. I guess the #1 sketches are probably pretty old.
