Yeah it's all about perspective. I think The Muppet Movie is the best film, but Muppets Take Manhattan is my favorite. :)
But anyway, as long as TCT DVD still has the dark hallway shots and touching ending, I'll be happy, lol. :)
Btw, I LOVE Tough Pigs' commentary on the special! Lol
I'm just saying Obama is a little too relativist. He seems to care more about being supposedly tolerant than helping oppressed people. At one point he basically said, "Oh are we to judge Cuba?" Um...there are many Cubans who hate their government and Castro and want to see it end. But Obama...
I actually think I'm more upset about Kermit being left out of The Christmas Toy, just because it's such a strong part of my childhood memory. But I guess it doesn't really matter which is worse, hehe. I'll still recommend the DVD to people. :)
I don't blame you. Things have been so messed up in this country for so long. And each candidate will bring his own problems with him. ;)
Voting is important and I vote for the issues I care about. But I won't vote for people I think will only make things worse. And if that means both...
Things won't get better for this country until the two party system we have now is broken, or at least rehauled. That's all there is to it. It's not a democracy when the only two choices we really have are the candidates with the most money.
Well it does seem like he looked for opportunities for craziness no doubt, hehe.
The Henson podcast about the Season 4 Fraggle set also reports that Rob Mills talks about playing the body of Junior Gorg and how generous Richard was as a fellow performer. Think about it, Junior really couldn't...
Well some innocent groups lose under the Republicans. And other innocent groups lose under the Democrats. I'm concerned and afraid for all of those groups, as I'm sure we all are.
Absolutely, I'd be mad if McCain kept the war going because so many veterans are coming home and not getting proper medical care. But I don't trust Obama to have a clue about foreign policy either.
Like I said, there's really no way we're going to win here. ;)
I agree, it's not wise to go...
Lol, I love how he says "I the great Placido Flamingo will help you find it...ha ha!"
Ever feel like Placido shows up to help people just to have an excuse to start an opera? Lol
Not that I'm eager for McCain to win, hehe. But on the other hand, Obama might be a repeat of Jimmy Carter. Too soft on foreign policy which could lead to disasters like the Iran hostage crisis.
Like I said, either way I won't be happy. ;)
Hi-ya! Hehe
You know that's probably where I first learned it too! Yeah I loved learning History in school but they weren't always able to teach details (too busy talking about the men ;) ).
Just wanted to point something out. The day after Halloween there were several chocolate candy wrappers left on the ground in my neighborhood. My ever curious dog got a hold of some of them. Now there was likely not enough chocolate to hurt him or anything. But I hope people get it through their...
You guys are absolutely right, I was mainly blowing off steam, hehe. :)
More women should run, if only to make things easier for future generations. Like they say in Mary Poppins "Our daughters' daughters will adore us. And they'll sing in grateful chorus, 'Well done, sister Suffragette!" :)...
Lol, yup you can see him off to the side for a brief second at the end of the clip. He would have been 10 in 1961 of course, hehe. But I can totally hear Scooter saying that to Kermit during a speech. :) ;)
That must have been awkwardly humorous for Jim, lol. I love how he responded with...
That's a shame, as well as no bonus features. I have the VHS and I'll probably hold off on this for awhile. But I'll definitely recommend to friends. :)
