Yeah that was probably true for some. At this point now, people are just sick of it all. Still, I know others were just too nervous about Kerry because he didn't take clear stands on issues. He tried so hard to please, he stood for nothing. That wasn't the alternative we needed.

Well thankfully, in a democracy we don't all have to. ;) (As long as we're civil to all.)

Well from my point of view, Kerry was just too wishy washy, he didn't commit to anything. Obama has been a little better in that area (slightly!) ;)

It makes me wonder why Obama won when Kerry didn't. Just curious...

And while I'm not a fan of the lesser of two evils argument, I will say I hope he does start bringing more troops home. And that he deals with foreign policy in a fair but firm manner.

I'm going to wait and see how low the price goes down. :)

Just wanted to say, I don't want to damper anyone's celebration. Just because the government decided to split itself into separate camps, doesn't mean we regular people have to. ;)

::sigh:: I'm already dealing with friends arguing over this. And all over candidates who don't think about us nearly as much as we do of them.

I think that's fine. Voting is important, but voting just for the sake of voting does no good. We have to demand better. :)

I just hope Obama improves the medical conditions for veterans when they come home. That's one of the most urgent things for me.
