Well, I feel quite jubiulatory and exhilarated to be really persuing my dreams this past year. This summer has afforded me a lot of time to really get down to business, leaving complacency an artifact from the past. My dream goals includes filmaking, travelling, etc...currently however, I am...
Only 1/6 targets(yes, we have 6) had him, so I grabbed the two they had.(not for ebay...theres too many on there)
I just LOVE the idea of posable character packins, like MOMMA, Robot Rabbit, Koozebanians, lobster banditos, etc. Im sad there is no character packins for wave 6, but mebbe 7?
Well...now that Arnold Schwarzenegger, the world's most famous actor, along with Gary Coleman, and smut king Larry Flynt are running for California's recall election Governor's race...
we need a Muppeteer to run as Governor! All it takes is $3500 and 65 signatures! This governor's race is...
Again, not one of the 5 Targets in my area has any semblence of Palisades Muppet related stuff...weird, as folks have said series 4/koozebane has come to Target already. I wish this was available at EB or elsewhere, as they'd have it by now...not sure what Target is up to with their scheduling.
Well, as of today...5/5 targets=nada noodle zip:(
So if 5/5 Targets in my immediate area in N California dont, I guess it may be awhile before they come out. My luck, all the Koozebanes will be grabbed up by comic book guy selling em on ebay;)
No really, I dont wanna have to go to ebay...if...
Ok, how bout this...a 98% American recognition of cool stuff the glorious visionary hierophant Jim Henson created?
At any rate, you know I *really* admire Rivkin. I met him at MF, and was really taken aback at how warm and genuine he was, and how he really seems to have a set vision in mind...
In america, I would honestly say 99.9% of every individual of speaking age knows what a "Muppet" is, and 99.8% of those could idenify who 'big bird' is, along with elmo or kermit.
globally, I truly feel that Muppets(be it intl sesame, sesame, muppets, etc) have a higher recognition rate than...
I saw em...an unfortunate result of when there is too much reaching merchandise wise...luckily most the Muppet merch is pretty darn cool(just picked up a lunchbox) Buit giant pez, tongue rings, underwear...c'mon!
That would be most excellent. Again, I am pushing for the 'edgy' Fox show, as well as a brave new theatrical film(Spike Jonze? Steven Soderbergh?)
I dont think so;)
Ye have little faith my friend...the Muppets are first, last and always...and unlike Farscape(which will go on in fans memories I...
Well we have Luke to thank for sobering us up, heh.
No, I realize EMTV put in place some cool stuff, got wheels in motion...but man, they sold off Sesame from JHC, and NOW I get corrected by people on here when I call Sesame JHC, or elude to working with JHC. Sesame was, is, and will *always*...
Agreed! Now JHC can finally get back to the dream at hand! I feel like the end of Return of the Jedi, where the evil empire was thwarted! heh
EM.TV *and* Disney beaten? Oh yeah!
I played it for a lot of hours too, just found it a bit cryptic and depressing...I wish that it had come out for Dreamcast or something, as the playstation graphics even in 2000 were looking bad.
You know ya got something...we need a new Mupet Kart game...BUT with nice graphics, say for...
Well, today is cause for jubilation and relief for Muppet fans across the globe...V-Day, the moment we've been all waiting for after 3 years of uncertainty. Finally the evil media giant has been slayed, the mouse has been fended off, and in the end the wonder, imagination, and love of the frog...
Isnt that the guy from American Idol? Anyways, Jamie we may disagree on the show itself of MB...but I think we can agree that this MB 'revival' is a bad bad idea, and the wrong direction to go with.
Bad EM.TV, bad!
A good third of the toy 'slots' in the action figure aile are vacant...meaning Im guessing Muppets Series 4 comes in around here and others early next week. Im just worried they wont get enough Koozebane's in(imagines comic book guy type fellow hoarding em all to sell on ebay for unseemly...
That or a real Muppet Party game, like the Mario party or Smash Melee ones. (That cruise one looks generic) I hate to say it but so far most Muppet games SUCK. I got that new On With The Show for the gba, ouch. The best ones have been Muppets Inside CD-ROM(1996) and Muppet Pinball Mayhem(2002, gba)
We have two target greatlands, and 3 regular targets in the area...and none of them had anything Muppet Palisades related...so hopefully that August 3rd date stands up^_^
totally. well dr. evil is a parody of a 007 villian, but I think this is parodying the spy genre in general(and man, between last and this year theres been a LOT of spy films! spy kids 2 and 3, goldmember, die another day, the tuxedo, i spy, johnny english, etc.)
But Sarah's right, we need...
