I think there is a way to hear Richard's Elmo. I watched "Follow that Bird" on You Tube recently and noticed him saying "No. No. No." You have to listen real carefully to notice it, so I'm assuming they overlooked that on the DVD. I think that's about the closest we can find. Just thought...
That is something to think about, since my sister named her baby after Natasha and she's been looking for Natasha clips as well. Keep me in the loop on this.
Well, I'm not too worried about the first episode since I saw that on You Tube pretty recently. I wouldn't mind seeing 'Bob's Deaf Friend' though. Seems like he has quite a few connections with deaf people. {Ex: Linda, Samara, Ed (from another 80s episode)}
Thanks for uploading. I guess it is better to see these than to spend money on iTunes. I'm listening to the Phillies now, but I'll check out those clips when I get a chance.
I know exactly how you feel, Scott. I can actually feel for Gonzo because a lot of times I'd much rather be someone other than me. Dave was really wonderful with that one. I liked how he could play Gonzo as this weird, carefree character at times, then at other times he would show an...
Yeah. I wonder about downloading the whole thing, because that would cost a lot on iTunes, unless I can get it for rental or something like that. I'll have to take a look at the free one when I get a chance to download that.
Well, that one would have been dropped early on because kids wouldn't understand why Elmo had a different voice there, though they could have just had Kevin loop in the voice like he did in the "We are all Monsters" song. Though I do recall reading on Muppet Wiki that that one was shown with...
Yeah. I don't think they'd be too concerned about the voice as a lot of people had mentioned, because they got away with Jim's Ernie for many years now. It's pretty unlikely anyone would notice. Now if they were to play anything with Brian's Telly, that would be a different story. But I can...

Could you imagine a sketch like that if Jerry had been performing Snuffy at the time?
I'm thinking that since the show was still relatively new when they recast Gordon, they may have been experimenting at the time. I guess it seems like they felt people wouldn't notice. (Though it's hard to imagine no one noticing a guy with a big afro, turning into a bald guy.) It seems like...
I have to agree with you there. I have seen quite a few eps on You Tube and it seems like the earlier Marty Robinson Snuffy back in the days when he was considered 'imaginary,' doesn't sound quite as energetic as he does now. He did have more of a quieter voice back then. Heck, I laugh at the...
I've been thinking the exact same things. Even though Gonzo is one of the few Muppets who is performed by the same guy who originally performed him, he does sound quite different now than he did in the first season of 'The Muppet Show.' In fact, some say that Pepe's voice has changed over the...
Well, if they'd come up with some new ideas rather than showing the same ones over and over again it wouldn't be so bad. Just something to think about.
I agree. It's a start but I still miss the old letter/number of the day sketches with the Count and Cookie Monster. It would be neat to have them interact with Murray every once in a while.
Yeah. I've noticed Frank has performed Grover in most of those, though there are exceptions. In the Muppet Voice Comparison video, they showed one with Eric as Grover who's the waiter for Mr. Johnson. Plus I think Eric voiced him last season when he did the letter G and letter V games, but...
So that's Frank as Grover? Good to see his still performing his characters on occasion. I look forward to seeing the rest of that. Those Grover/Mr. Johnson skits are always the best.
