What is the funniest moment you've seen on Sesame Street?

Yeah. I often thought about that. If Bert thought that the lamp was really going to respond... Well, I guess that makes sense since they have shown talking fruits and vegetables and all that jazz before so you never know.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah, if they interact with each other. From the photo it looks like they might just be in the same scene, but we'll see.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

I have to agree with that. I work in an environment where I have to play with egg cartoons every day. You really do have to be extra careful with those. Apparently Humpty never worked in a grocery store. Besides, where in the nursery rhyme does it say that he was an egg? Lol. Couldn't...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

That was Jerry? Wow! First the wolf than Humpty. Seems like Jerry is really active this season. I thought that he was only sticking with his most familiar characters such as the Count and Mr. Johnson. I'm really looking forward to the ep where Mumford appears. It would be great to hear...

Near and Far in spanish with Early Elmo

I have heard that one in English before. That may be one of the few Richard Hunt Elmo's that are hard to find, but I'm not a hundred percent sure on that.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah, Miles has already been re-cast twice. I guess they felt if they kept doing that, kids who watch might get confused. Seems like they thought it was better to write him out of the show altogehter. :):o "Seems like they thought it was better to write him out of the show." Though...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Oh, I see. I really don't pay attention to the AFFS parts so I wouldn't know. Lol.
  8. Daffyfan4ever

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah. It does look like there are a few that incorporate the letter and number of the day that are airing this season. I'm not too sure about that. According to Muppet Wiki the next new one is scheduled for this Friday. I guess I know what you mean about the repeats. After all, they did...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah. The ones involving Oscar are always the best. But I guess I said that a thousand times already. Lol.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah. I was surprised that they used the word 'butt' on Sesame Street and Elmo's reaction was priceless. As for the Elmo vs. Rocco situation, I sort of thought he softened up towards Rocco. I mean, didn't he learn anything from that ep last season when Rocco got lost because he wasn't...

Alan Muraoka in new CVS Commercial

Thanks for that bit of info. I live in PA so hopefully I'll be able to catch that.
  12. Daffyfan4ever

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Oh, okay. I thought Matt usually did the puppeteering for Jerry's characters, so that leaves the question of who would have been puppeteering the wolf.
  13. Daffyfan4ever

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 42

Yeah. I thought that sounded like Jerry. I know Joey often voiced the Wolf in recent eps, but I think Joey was voicing Hubert in the same scene, so it very well could have been Jerry voicing the Wolf, of course with someone else puppeteering.

    Sesame Street Season 42 News

Wow! Mumford and Abby together. I was waiting for that.

How did SS evolve from "schoolhouse" to "entertainment?"

Yeah. I've noticed that when I watched the first season eps on iTunes. It did seem to be very much similar to Romper Room and Mr. Rogers. Plus even the inserts are more or less connected to the main plot rather than just playing them at random. I think they started moving away from that...

Bert and Ernie Gay Rumor: Settled

Thanks for sharing that. I have heard of Kevin, but I don't think I've yet read any stories about him being gay. Though it does seem like he is quite in contrast with Jughead who's merely not interested in women. BTW, welcome back, Convincing John. I haven't heard from you lately. Yeah, I...

Bert and Ernie Gay Rumor: Settled

Okay. That sounds interesting. Would there be some way to purchase that magazine online or at a store somewhere? Yeah. I almost forgot about that. Still, even if two men were homosexual, them having a daughter together wouldn't be genetically possible, unless they adopted her. A divorce...

Bert and Ernie Gay Rumor: Settled

(quote)Yes, while HIV/AIDS has affected many a gay person (ala Richard), it's not exclusive to gay people... in fact, it was clear (to those of us who knew what it was all about) that Kami was an example of how some children down in South Africa are sadly BORN with the disease... so it's not...

Bert and Ernie Gay Rumor: Settled

Yeah. I think Pee Wee is coming back out again. I hear they're making a new Pee Wee's Playhouse movie that's coming out next year.

    Follow That Bird - Quotes

I'm actually surprised that they would say that on SS. I may want to listen for that on the movie again. I know they did get away with things other shows haven't gotten away with. I recall that on "I Love Lucy" they couldn't use the term 'pregnant,' yet when Maria got pregnant Luis used that...
