Yeah. I was just going to ask about that. I was wondering if they'd have someone else perform  for that appearance or if he'd just be appearing with the other characters and not having any lines. I guess we'll see what happens.
Sorry to double post there.
Yeah. That's been a disappointment. I wish they'd bring Scooby back or even other Warner Bros. characters. (No. I didn't make a mistake there. Warner Bros. does indeed own Scooby and all of the Hanna Barbera franchise.)
I agree with that completely. That can be said of a lot of actors, Bruce Vilanch of "Hollywood Squares," Reginald VelJohnson of "Family Matters." Homosexuality doesn't make anyone any less of a person.
Well, that's good news. If Kevin does decide to reconsider this, he'll have time before...
Yeah. I've heard of that. I thought the situation was settled, but I guess for whatever reason Kevin still doesn't want to return and I guess we all need to respect that decision. Yet it is hard to imagine anyone else performing Elmo. I'm not sure what more to say. This is very sad news indeed.
Man. I wish I could be there. I didn't think Pepe had a lot of airtime since he had such a small role in the movie. I wonder if this is a sign that he'll still be in future projects.
Yeah. That's true. I've noticed even before Frank's retirement specifically in "Muppets From Space" his voice for Piggy and Fozzie seemed to be a bit deeper than in earlier years.
Now. That's something I have been thinking about. Does anyone think Frank disliked Steve or anything like that? I know that was mentioned on a You Tube comment so I was wondering if that were really true. I know he has been quoted as saying that he wouldn't perform Bert to anyone else's...
I just thought I'd put in my two cents here before they close this thread (I know that happens often when we get to talking about this). I see what you mean and I never really bashed Artie. As sad as it is to think about us someday Steve may no longer be with us and Artie will take over as :)...
Thanks. I'm busy now, but I'll take a look at that later on.
Not to mention Bob. The poor guy hasn't had a street scene at all last season. It was great to see him and his singing voice return. Though I'd still rather see him do the "People in your Neighborhood" bits rather than Murray...
You're kidding! He's really improved with the voice since last season. That's why it would be nice to see more new "Great Adventures" with Eric getting better at the
:( voice.
I was wondering about that too. I'm guessing Frank because he sounded more like the classic Bert rather than in "Great Adventures," but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this.
I didn't think that was Jerry as Humpty. I may have to listen to that again, or maybe he used a different...
I hadn't thought of the fact that Horatio was sort of semi-retired, but I do recall seeing a synopsis for "Don't wake the baby" a few seasons back. I do like the ones with worrywart Telly. I know that was more common in 80s eps, so I'm glad they're still doing that every once in a while. I...
I don't know about that. It seems like Murray's rap version of "People in Your Neighborhood" has really done some damage to Bob McGrath's original version. I think maybe that's something they should consider, keeping Murray for letters and numbers, but when they do "People in Your Neighborhood,"...
So are they just doing one new ep a week now? That's kind of strange.
That would really have been neat. You see what I mean. They have so many things from the old days that they don't even think about.
I agree completely. In fact, I was hoping they'd play that one, but unfortunately you know how they don't play classic segments like that anymore. Instead we get the 'Letter G Gegonials" from last season. I agree that it doesn't make sense to play something more than once per season when they...
I don't know. I think "Word of the Day" is getting old. What's kind of disappointing about the fact that they still have the Murray block format is that when I saw the video about Eric performing Grover for 'The Moster at the End of this Show" bit, I thought they would have an episode that...
I don't know about that, but I did catch Frank's voice in yesterday's ep with that chicken who sounded like Bert. It's good to know that he's still performing random characters as well as his own Bert, Grover and, Cookie.
Yeah. I actually thought Zoe, Rosita, Big Bird and Snuffy were being...
