It would have been funny if they had Yeardley Smith play some character in the film. Sort of a nod to the similar, yet dissimilar Herman's Head.
I'm looking forward more to that film than The Good Dinosaur, actually. I'm loving the potential and character designs so far.
With all due respect, you get we're making jokes, right?
Anyway, I even feel that the non-union freelancers that were mostly employed by 4Kids are far too good for the Studio Brinquendo films. Say what you will about 4Kids, their shows were never dubbed wooden. And they really managed to...
Well, seems the Teen Titans had their full episode Pretty Pretty Pegasus episode.
You'd think Tara Strong would have given some input and make it more accurate instead of just making an episode based on the diabetic misconceptions that lead to the show having a huge adult male and female...
Hey look! It's the teaser to Inside Out!. Seems that everything but the main concept is ambiguous, and they basically use clips of Pixar's other films for half the trailer.
Somehow, Joy reminds me of Pearl the Crystal Gem and fear looks very similar to a certain blue/purple nosed weirdo who's...
Rebels has been renewed for a second season ahead of the premiere. In related news, Greg Weisman isn't going to stick around for it.

I really hope Disney gets very invested in this series, as it's the first...
I like how Marina was pretty defensive about being a blind girl taking gymnastics to the point where she realized there was something she actually had a problem with. It really gives an element of depth and vulnerability to the character.
That kind of explains why Zoe's taken a huge back seat the last few seasons. And why Prairie is almost non-existant.
I really don't want to see Prairie or Zoe disappear from the show entirely. I find the Elmo Zoe pairing to be much stronger than the forced Abby and Elmo pairing the show...
A lot of Spongebob detractors honestly forgot when Nick was all about shoving Rugrats in your face. Now, I liked that show to an extent, and it's not even close to my favorite Nicktoon (Ren and Stimpy before the network sunk its claws in, by the way). But once they stripped the adult...
PPG and Dexter (to a lesser extent) started it. I don't think the KND toyline ever took off. They were made by a tenth party company after all. Bandai was supposed to make a Fosters Line but just sat around for the license to expire. There is a shocking amount of Eds merchandise, it's just...
Yeah, but he was a sickly pink!
In the now 90's retro obsessed culture, I'm sure some Courage merchandise would fly if it was mixed CN merchandising. Johnny Bravo and Cow and Chicken didn't really have anything either outside of a kid's meal or something.
I'll say that I'm kinda disappointed...
It's always a shame that low quality crap like this gets A-list voice acting talent (though Wayne was in Food Fight). A film like this doesn't even deserve Garsey's Wing's dub cast.
I'm sure the theatrical release will be as limited as the aforementioned Rainbow Rocks movie. Probably for a...
It really jumped the shark when Arlene Csupo (or is she Clasky?) whined about how she hated the character of Angelica when she was totally being a bossy, obnoxious, brat herself during production of the show. When it started to turn to a Muppet Babies clone, I stopped liking it. We're supposed...
Actually, didn't like the book. So I really shouldn't be defending it via attacking the movie. I'm just more annoyed by the fact that they spent money and bought the rights to a book when they just made "raucous family comedy # 6734." The fact the entire family is inflicted with a bad day via...
"I wanna Hold Your Ear" had nothing to do with the Beatles, and is a completely different style of song entirely. Think much more 1920's Jazz. It's essentially a long line of puns of Bert singing about a girl who "went to pieces" over him.
While technically it's a parody of the Joe Cocker...
I honestly don't know what to make of a comeback of this or Powerpuff Girls. Both shows finished their runs beautifully. It's a shame they're gone, sure, but I just don't see either being anything more than a slight disappointment. And when internet fandom is concerned, "slight...
I've enjoyed the shorts so far. I can't wait for the "movie" in a couple days. I've noticed that Star Wars Rebels merchandise was released as early as this past summer. And nothing really too spoilery until more recently. Sometime in July, I actually saw a kid's Star Wars Rebels watch, but...
I haven't had that stuff in ages, and at best, I'd rather just have Frosted Cheerios. They're roughly the same thing, just in different shapes. All O's. (insert old Family Guy episode dialogue here)
Anyway, I'd buy the stuff if those *&^% Bug Eyed brats weren't on the package. Martha Speaks...
Dude... they're in everything! SNL actors lent their voices to TV animation as well, including, but not limited to The Cleveland Show, The Looney Tunes Show, and Gravity Falls, among others. They've managed to find the nice middle ground between big time celebrity voice actors and regular...
..and the "Too short to ride the roller-coaster" episode was as lame as I expected it to be. Even had the predictable "they didn't really ride on it because it was scary and the ride operators were right to not let them on" ending. Laaaaaaaaaame.
But I'll give them credit for one thing...
The only thing I can say about Spongebob is that, while I can agree the newer episodes lack the magic and fun of the older episodes (like a certain Rhode Island family), at least Nick reruns the older ones just as much as the newer ones. While he's still being completely marketed and broadcast...
