Man, I dont even know what to write. It is when I read about your trials and losses, and stuff happning around the world...I believe God has taken a vacation. I am so sorry...as always we are here for you.
Seeing what's going on with some other members on the forums I feel kind of lame for even posting this. I guess it was just hard finally having a gf after 26 years, and then it ending so abruptly, along with other stuff. thanks for the kind words, and that is definately an exquisite poem/song.
geezus man, there's no need to even begin to apologize for anything...I CANNOT begin to even imagine the gravity of this all, I am truly sullen and sorry for you(I dont know your real name, so Im just call ya DM) I am not psychic, but I sense a strong love in your heart, you're a good soul, kid...
Man, is that how much that full sized Sweetums will be going for? I agree with those choices. As Ken said a long time ago when me, him and Luke were having apassionate debate on these things...he said the possibilities were more ripe with oppurtunities choice wise then the figures. It makes me...
Definately...I think the mini form is one of the only logical ways to include most of the big costumed characters. I wish more peopel could get into these, I just love em.
yeah, the Muppets are not seen as very hip by anyone other than mostly college aged kids.
If these rumors are true...that would be awesome...we need a new Muppet Vision 3d, BADLY. That would just be wonderful...and a complete expansion and renovation of a 'Muppet' area of WDW and Calif Adv...
I cannot state how much I LOVE the mini muppet series! Even the most obscure Muppets have a chance of being made now.
My DREAM wish would be:(and again, just dream wishes)
Mini Muppets:
Jim Henson Hour
Digit
Lindburgh
Leon
Zondra
Clifford
Waldo
Land of Gorch
Ploobis
Skred...
Well, Ive been a diehard Muppet collector since about 1981(Im not old, I swear!), so I have plenty of Scooter...Im much more into non main 5 characters, so Doglion Bunsen Beaker and Chef are the ones Im getting.
But yeah, with any luck sales shall justify Electric Mayhem...let's hope!
I just noticed that 85% of the collectables is still under construction...darn! oh well, the labour of love put into this is uncanny...just cant wait til its fully open collectible wise. I mean some of this stuff is obscure...but for someone like me whom the muppets are like a life long passion...
Holy smokes Batman! I didnt see this mentioned yet anywhere...but after several years of waiting, Mike and Mar's highly anticipated Kermitage.com http://www.kermitage.com/
site is up! This has been a Muppet fan's dream come true...as Ive never seen anything like it. Anyone else had a chance to...
I know...I can honestly say I think some of these pvcs blow away the 6" figure likenesses. I mean that Rowlf is just beautiful, and the mini Janice. man.
Palisades put out a condition...pretty much saying the only way these are coming out for online sale this holiday season is if series 3...
As much as a Sprockets or Uncle Matt Comics Spain/Schleich has gone for $100+, if they had produced in low quanities a detailed 5" Doglion pvc itd probbaly go for $500 on ebay. These are not even pvc's in my opinion...but
"inaction" figures...which is somewhere between a pvc and an action...
man, that does sound like a bad era for ya. Then again from 1990-1995 I was Muppetless...having been so entrenched in muppetdom from birth til 1990.(then again that was a sucky period for JHC)
But man I hear ya...heck even the nerdy 'rejects' and freaks at hs didnt like me. And I definately...
He's right...usually Disney keeps some sort of seperation. Its funny how much Disney has incorporated Pixar into Disney canon...can Pixar ever cameo 1995-2005 characters again in upcoming NON Disney films? No idea.
Remember, it USED to be(back in the glory days) Jim Henson's Sesame...
Well, for the first time in 6 years I havent really been on the MC forums much.
It's partly due to how busy Ive been with art freelancing, but also due to other things.
There's an ol cliche adage that when it rains in pours..oh how true is that.
So how does one truly bring themself out of...
Eh, gotta remember folks...these are now considered rare exclusives from the site...so I dont mind paying the $8. I mean freakin Doglion folks. Think about that one...thats just incredible. I encourage everyone to at least get one...as I SO WANT to see Electric Mayhem made!
