    The Muppets Episode 7 - Pig's in a Blackout

I can see that. But, I don't think we've ever seen their dynamic as individuals within the band, i.e. their relationship to each other. Floyd/Janice - Floyd/Animal have clearly defined connections, but what does Zoot think of everyone? How about Lips? Or Dr. Teeth? Those are things worth exploring.

    The Muppets Episode 7 - Pig's in a Blackout

Oh yeah, the Electric Mayhem had such defined characters beforehand.

Keep Christmas with You DVD with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Sesame Street

That's called an arrangement. Different performances have different arrangements. The rap one was in no way permanent; that's just the way they covered it for a certain segment.

Articles about the deal said the season would air on HBO this fall.

Sesame Street shrinks to 30 minutes, new shows will premiere on HBO and PBS nine months later

HBO has listings for the entire month and SS isn't on it. Given the fact that they recently added the new set design into their site, and also, "sesameworkshop.org/season46" used to be a "page not found"-type thing, but now, it's a unique page, only with all the season 45 info. So, I'm guessing...

The Muppets Episode 5 - Walk the Swine

You mean a hippie character is anti-government? Why, that makes no sense!

The Muppets Episode 5 - Walk the Swine

The puppetry on Piggy during the musical was freakin' amazing. They're doing movie quality effects on a weekly basis; I love it.

    The Muppets SPOILER Thread

Holy carp, the puppetry effects for her musical number were some literally some of the best in Muppet history. Like, no joke. Yeah, it's just CG-ing out Eric, but dang, that looked incredible.

    The Best/Worst Song Covers Thread

I recently played Rob Gee's cover of Billy Joel's "You May Be Right" on my radio show and ugh, it was horrid.

Sesame Street shrinks to 30 minutes, new shows will premiere on HBO and PBS nine months later

And HBO typically runs shows for nearly the full half hour. And without the need of the corporate sponsor ads at the beginning and ending of each show since 1998, the show gets even more time. So, we'll see what they can squeeze into a half-hour.

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

I'm enjoying these shows, but there's something about the plotting and the amount of story they're giving that isn't quite feeling right with me. It's almost like the case of M11 and MMW. Both films had a lot of plot threads and ideas that couldn't fit into a whole movie. This episode felt...

The Muppets Episode 4 - Pig Out

Getting karate chopped all the time, being tricked into marriage, being unwanted-ly advanced upon. He sure hasn't suffered at all.

The Muppets Episode 3 - Bear Left Then Bear Write

If I recall correctly, the Muppets beat out the season premiere of the Flash.

Major Changes in store for Sesame Street Season 46

I think that's being done for season 46, not 47. Seriously, when are they gonna formally announce the season with press and stuff? "Late fall" is coming up and they usually release their press materials a month or so in advance. I've checked HBO schedules through Nov 16th and no sign of Sesame...
