Oh yeah, this movie has box office gold written all over it:

I mean, really, how can a propaganda film by Charlie Sheen fail to bring people in droves to the...
This is exactly the reason I always wanted NC to review certain movies: not because they were bad, but because they had an impact on those who saw them . . . that, and I just wanted to see his reactions to them as well - like PEE-WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE, I always wanted to see his reactions to some...
You're not alone, really, I notice a number of people here who have noted a difference in Kermit's personality with Steve as well - a mellow, almost subdued personality in comparison to Jim's easily flustered Kermit who was quick to fly off the handle.
With so many people saying Steve's Kermit and Ernie are the ones they grew up with, I grew up with an interesting combination of both his and Jim's versions.
I was born a year before Jim died, so Steve was already performing the characters by the time I would be old enough to remember, well...
Looking at what little info has been leaked so far, I'm starting to wonder if maybe Steve's departure is on similar grounds as Joey's was for leaving SST?
At the risk of jumping to conclusions, it sounds like Disney got fed up with him and gave him the boot? I mean, that happens: if certain performers or actors get too "meddlesome" as far as the brass goes, they'll look for any reason they can to cut them loose, and that almost sounds like what's...
Matt's a really great, versatile performer, and he's done such a great job with Jerry's characters (which is no easy task, since Jerry had a unique voice). I'm sure he'll do well with Kermit, but as I've mentioned throughout the years on MC, I feel like David Rudman probably could do a decent...
:sigh:
Things were going so well up until today: we were actually below average all June long - not only is something like this rare, but we haven't had such a June (let alone such a summer) in about eleven or twelve years, I'm not exaggerating! Not only that, but the below average streak had...
As much as I hate to be the "conspiracy theorist," I just can't help but wonder if Steve's departure is in similar vein as that of Kevin . . . I mean, why else would Steve want to leave when this was his childhood dream and the Muppets are essentially back in the public eye once again and have...
Well, one of the teaser trailers pretty much spelled it out for us: the movie was going to be about Gary and Mary's relationship, and, oh yeah, the Muppets are thrown in there somewhere.
Well, as long as we're discussing the 10th anniversary, why don't we discuss some of our favorite episodes from these past ten years? I pretty much already got the Cartoon All-Stars and FTB reviews out of the way, a few of my other favorites include. . . .
SUPER MARIO BROS. - My biggest laugh...
Whoa, Telly's got a deep, manly voice now! And speaking of voices, did anyone besides me feel like Matt's voice for the star sounded very much like an imitation of the kind of voice Joey would do? Otherwise, I really don't have much to comment on: this was clearly a bottled episode with one main...
Whoever makes those height to weight charts for medical offices just updated them with absolutely insane numbers: used, according to the charts, somebody my height was supposed to have an ideal weight of 195 . . . now it's 154. Are you freakin' kidding me?
