I so love this, Rapid T Rabbit with a whole episode in a circa 1984 Pizza Time Theater(Chuck E Cheese) Man this brings back memories:

Wow, talk about the dark side of Telly! So bizarre seeing your
character get harassed and hazed by Telly, Oscar and...
You aren't kidding, did you see Segal's appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon? He seems very passionate about this film, and it was cool seeing Statler and Waldorf make a cameo:

Folks, feast your eyes on this gorgeous, AMAZING big Muppet Show illustration MuppetNewsFlash just posted:

Seriously. Wow. I have no words.
I posted the shorter clip of it, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4gXgMQFaTM
I think it's just amazing how connected/immersed in the world of the Muppets and Sesame Street you've been over the decades.
Seeing those pictures of you hugging Snuffy and Barkley were just way too cool.

The "I Appreciate The Muppets On A Much Deeper Level Than You"
shirt.
Wow, they referenced the old 1990's alt.tv.muppets newsgroup. Now thats obscure!
I usually dont support...
I would love to get ahold of an 84-86 season of Muppet Babies. I don't even care if its some bootleg. It's just wrong so many garbage kids shows are on dvd, but Muppet Babies(which I consider one of the best of the 80's kids shows) has languished in obscurity for many years. I think the only...
People can say every Muppet is an "ethnic" stereotype. "Clifford is too sterotypically black". "Statler and Waldorf are a stereotype of golden year white guys", etc.
I agree Johnny Fiama is one of those who has in my mind endured the post Muppets Tonight era(unlike...say bubbles and...
People hate Elmo because since 1996 it's been a sickening over saturation. My goodness, could you imagine if Telly was given even a 20th the time/merch/love Elmo is given? There's times where I just pretend Elmo isn't even part of Sesame/Muppet canon. Im glad for how much money he's brought into...
But Jim/Frank/Jerry/etc's main characters have never left the spotlight. Pepe is the only post JH character who has been feature prominently; and he compliments them. He's not like Elmo, who has taken over the street'.
Pepe is one of the main core of the Muppets, and it'd be a mistake to not...
Amazing! I definitely will have to get that and all the other covers.
Im happy as all my local comic shops, even the ones that hardly ever carry non DC/Marvel/Image/DarkHorse/Wildstorm, carry all Boom! comics.
Less than a week away!
For me, my discovery of Fraggle Rock was through books at the store, lunchboxes, etc. around 1984-85. I was way to poor to have cable, let alone the pay channel HBO. I always to this day find it rather bizarre Jim Henson would set off to make a show aimed at world peace, yet it could only be...
I had always heard of the well known New York puppet character Rapid T Rabbit, but it wasn't til recently I got to check out a lot of his appearences and cable access shows on youtube.
Here's Telly from Sesame Street laying the smackdown on Rabid T Rabbit in an obscure, rare "backstage" at...
That would be Chuck E Cheese's(or CEC), not Chuckie's:)
Actually it was called "Pizza Time Theater" in the 1980's, which is what CEC was called when Nolan Bushnell founded and ran it. Then it got bought out by it's competitor Showbiz Pizza time in the mid 1980's, which then sadly by the 90's...
I believe that is Palisades's former heads posting these auctions, very legit.
The prices for these sort of auctions(like say, the Gobo or Sal prototypes) used to not be that much comparatively. Now they are just insanely pricey. For the price theyre charging I can get Rockafire Explosion...
Im kind of confused...
IMDB lists "get him to the greek", as the only Stoller/Segal film coming out in 2010:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1226229/
It'd be unfortunate if this doesn't get made for some time.
I also do not like how Pepe only has a cameo, given he is now accepted as the...
Thanks for posting this!
My goodness, these are BEAUTIFUL photos of a lot of the exhibit and Muppet puppets:

Wow, very nice. Muppetnewsflash and MuppetCentral need to have that linked on the front page. It was very nice of the center to have a guided tour of the exhibit filmed and put for free on youtube. Also wonderful to have Heather and Jane on it.
Whoah...I can't believe someone made a post about this! I have very fond memories of this Fraggle Rock like Muppety franchise. I SO always wanted a Splurge plush from this line. I have the popup book, which is one of my favorite Muppet things ever.
I had read there was a pilot for a cartoon...
Absolutely. And I have to say it again, I love the late 80's JHH period where JHC was experimenting with a Muppet meets creature shop style. Leon, Digit, Lindhburg, and then we even see the dogs that show up in 1990 in Muppets@WDW with Rowlf that have that look. I like how it blurs the line...
