Glad you like it. For those of you having issues - it's not about file size. It's pretty small. You may need to update your Flash plug-in. It uses the same template and coding as the rest of the menus. It does have a loader that will only work in the current version of Flash. This has happened...
She was also in Shaft with Sam L Jackson. She also played a bit part in a canceled late 80s midseason replacement FM Radio. I saw the pilot taped many years ago. I just remembered that. Geez, she was in everything.
For those of you trying to put a face to Lynne Thigpen - she is also a lead character in "The District" with Craig T. Nelson on CBS. She is the heart of that show and I don't see how it will survive without her. I'm stunned.
I always thought Luna sounded like her, but wasn't sure. She was so...
Hey, you are talking about my favorite person who was axed. <---angry piggy
I think she has more personality than all of the contestants and a better voice than several of them.
You are right, the singers are better this year - and Simon has mellowed. I think one has to do with the...
Actually, April would be the right time to announce the retailer. Series 4 should be out by June so the shipments should be confirmed a month or so in advance. April sounds right to me. Totally guessing, but I'll take Ken at his word.
As I said - I think they still want to keep the company in name. I don't think they'd keep an enormous staff. Maybe just a few figureheads. Sure, they don't need it, but it's definitely something that they would want and spend time negotiating.
Great article, Nate! The only thing I don't like is how Piggy looks. I also wish they'd expand to other characters in a series. Hallmark used to pair up with Henson a long time ago. I remember meeting Kermit (a guy in a costume) at a Hallmark store when I was 6. :)
I would say Link. It really demostrates ignorance of the Muppets to ignore him the way they did. BTW - did you notice the Simpsons busts they are making? They don't look very good, but are half the price of the Muppet busts. Probably because they will be bigger sellers. Just irked me.
I'd say...
I wouldn't say that they are not interested in the company. It's a powerful brand and Disney has bought other companies (Miramax) and I think they'd want to get the Henson Company if they could. They'd probably strip it down to a skeleton crew, but isn't that how it is already? :concern:
I think the article is correct and Disney is low-balling for Henson co. They've always been really cheap. That's the only thing that's stopped them in the past. They want a bargain. Right now Henson is not the best buy. Maybe 150 M tops. Aside from Bear, (SS doesn't count as part of the deal)...
You don't actually see their feet, but their upperbody has a sort of bounce to it. You can't watch the Muppets for two seconds without seeing the tradtional Muppet walk.;)
That was really cool. I was expecting a big finish, but I enjoyed the subtlety. Funny stuff. I'd like to see more. What camera did you use to shoot that?:halo:
That is so sweet. :flirt: I'm certain that Henson's site will be revamped when the ownership changes. I hope it's soon. I hope they wouldn't be absorbed into a Disney site. :smirk:
