Sesamstraat's season 1 Muppet designs are a close second for me. The guy who designed them also worked on directing, writing songs, and translating skits for the show, but apparently wasn't so good with this aspect. Their designs really hit their stride when the Muppet Workshop stepped...

TTG! is more or less a Flanderized version of the original TT cartoon and DC Nation shorts. At least with the comedy-focused shorts, it was kept to a short length, rather than stretched out to 11 minute episodes. The very choppy and not-easy-to-look-at Flash animation is also like a Flanderized...

Video Brinquedo, the maker of those god-awful knockoffs of Pixar and Dreamworks movies (sometimes called Brixar, short for "Brazilian Pixar") has filed copyright claims against YouTube, pulling down their films. Now I even have less respect for these hypocrites. Apparently not enough...
