Here's another new movie coming out, this time from South Africa. It looks like it will be chock full of the usual 3rd-party CGI kiddie film stuff, but at least the animation looks beautiful for a 3rd-party attempt.

Sega Saturn games, on the other hand, are even harder to port due to having three CPUs and using four-sided polygons rather than three as was the standard at the time (and still is). I think the beloved NiGHTS Into Dreams was recoded from scratch when ported onto the PS3 and 360, as was Sonic CD.

The Annotated Series videos are the best thing they've brought us, IMO.

It was great seeing Pyg and Toad again in the latest episode. I was honestly beginning to miss them.

I also really liked the spelling bee episode in which Baloney the Dinosaur goes berserk on the duo for helping Elmyra cheat, and starts stalking them Jurassic Park style. That and the episode with "Mister Brain's Neighborhood".

For a film made up entirely of product placement, Logorama was pretty good. It also helped that it was a short film at only 16 minutes.

I must admit, it was pretty amusing imagining Sam the Eagle in a rap battle with Eminem. :D

Have these ever caught on with anyone? I wonder if James Rolfe has any of these, seeing as he collects movies in various formats?

Maybe that was to reassure everyone that he wasn't a "sissy" because he's taking ballet?

If WGBH is treating this show like it is, why not just end it already? Oh right, all that Canadian tax credit is just too good to pass up. :rolleyes:

Though I do like One Hour Photo and I especially love Death to Smoochy, two adult movies he starred in.

I especially like the "Don't be so mayo" commercials for Miracle Whip that Stephen Colbert mocked on his show a few years back, causing Kraft to get all butthurt and buy up some air time during his show to specifically attack him in response. Way to stay classy, guys. :rolleyes:
