Looking back on "Eau de Minnie", have you noticed the jab at Mickey Mouse Clubhouse when she put on her pink polka dot dress? It's the same one she wore in that show. :)

This wasn't a bad short at all, but it works better as a one-off thing. It's best for Courage to just move on at this point.
And I agree w/ D'Snowth that one of the charms of Courage was its use of medium blending: 2D animation with the occasional bit of CGI and stop motion for an extra creepy...
So the original Mucinex mucus guy has been taken over by a younger, human-sized mucus voiced by T.J. Miller.
Great. Now I can't help but hear Tuffnut or Robbie Valentino every time I see him.
Here's another bad Christmas special I'd like to talk about, and that is Felix the Cat Saves Christmas. The story is just mediocre at best, but the slow pacing and the grating voices that all sound like the characters are from an episode of Dora the Explorer make it really unbearable.
Oh, and...
I just made a big Christmas dinner for me and my family with ham, mashed potatoes, and candied yams! The ham came out out a lot better than the turkey this time, too! :)
Well, the 3rd and final installment of The Hobbit was #1 at the box office, with Night at the Museum 3 and Annie at a distant 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Thank goodness for that.

If only Miley could pull an Ashley Tisdale and start a full career in voice acting. Ashley's role as Candace on Phineas & Ferb made me appreciate her and her singing talent more. :)
Ditto Mabel Pines, Wendy Corduroy, Prairie Dawn, Helga Pataki, the Mane 6 in Friendship is Magic, Gosalyn Mallard, Lois Lane (the Superman TAS version), Elisa Maza, Daria Morgendorffer, Marceline from Adventure Time, and just about every lead female role in Avatar: The Last Airbender and The...
I like how the Phineas & Ferb special "Night of the Living Pharmacists" hung a lampshade on the whole "dead cell phone" trope by tempting fate in saying how the electricity, water, and phone lines are still working after the Doofenshmirtz clones attack... only for all of them to immediately shut...
What Sony and those theater franchises did with canceling the release of The Interview was really cowardly, especially considering that North Korea has made many terrorist threats against their Southern neighbors, but they just get laughed off because they're all bark and no bite according to...
The 5th movie had cell phones, and they still used the old cliché of the kid's phone going dead at the most inopportune time.
Also, you can never make something truly timeless no matter how hard you try. It's an unfortunate side effect of the creative business. :D
Prep & Landing and its sequel were really good specials. I enjoyed Dave Foley as the lead role, and all the high-tech gadgets used to prepare Santa for his arrival at people's homes. I wonder if Santa also has a CD (cookie/cocoa dispenser) in his sleigh? :D
I also really liked the concept of...
Of course, contacts have their own set of problems, like the potential of inflammation or of them fusing to your cornea.
Luckily I have 20/20 vision, but if I didn't, I'd go with glasses any day. :)
Oh yeah, RealVideo was a real piece of smoo. I may have had problems with Windows Media Player and QuickTime in the past, but at least they were functional.
Daria might even be considered a quality girls' show seeing as how its protagonist is a sarcastic teen who starkly avoids conformity and doesn't take crap from anyone, though that's kind of a stretch as it's aimed at teens and young adults.
I'd say the original G1 MLP series and Rainbow Brite...
