I'd love for Linkara to review the G1 comics released in the UK. He's been foreshadowing the FiM ones a few times, but I think the former seems more up his alley.
I also caught up with the two-part Blade and the Howling Commandos crossover just in time for Halloween, and it was really awesome. I love how they got Terry Crews to voice Blade. :)
Just watched the Garfield Halloween special to get me in the mood. I forgot how creepy that old man was with his deep voice and his uncanny valley design. :eek:
Supposedly Moe wasn't allowed to abuse him, which may explain why.
Have you ever seen The Robonic Stooges that followed? It feels really morbid (and not in the good way) in that apparently the Stooges' corpses were reanimated and rebuilt with bionics a la The Bionic Man, or more appropriately...
The Three Stooges are still the kings of slapstick comedy. My favorite short has to be "A Plumbing We Will Go", which featured the infamous scene of the three tangled up in a mess of pipes.
Those last few shorts they were forced to make after Shemp died (with "Fake Shemp" Joe Palma) were really...
I'd love for it to be traditionally animated, or at least CGI-animated. Not that the Flash they use already is ugly-looking, but imagine the Mane 6 looking like this. :)
The 2D and claymation parts look really good in that one. I don't see why the CGI has to look like a PS2 cutscene, though.
Also, zebras don't whinny. Zoology FAIL. :rolleyes:
