It's definitely a nice twist on the Pac-Man formula. They even made his veggie-eating an important part of the game without sacrificing his favorite sometime food. :)
I can't really find a lot of bad things to say about Fresh. I guess one thing that may bother some is the strong use of '90s hip-hop music, but I don't mind it myself as I think it works well with Eddie's character and the '90s setting of the show.
The show is very much like Everybody Hates...
ABC has been firing on all four cylinders lately with its sitcoms (at least the single-camera ones anyway), and Fresh is no exception. It's the first sitcom starring Asian-Americans since Margaret Cho's All American Girl, but unlike that one, I can see this lasting more than 1 season, mainly...

I can see why Fox forbid one episode of High School USA from airing now that FXX finally showed it. It's about the dumb blond of the group finding out her parents are porn stars and her friends helping her win back her friendship with them, and it's as abhorrent as you can imagine. :grouchy:
It is so far at around $15 million, far above The Matrix IN SPAAAAAAACE. It should at least break even seeing as it has a modest $60 mil. budget.

That episode had a lot of drama to it, and pretty much confirms that not all the Gems are benevolent. It was also nice to see Amethyst sing a duet with Steven. :)
Also a bit of fridge brilliance in that Amethyst implied she was man-made. Amethyst (the gemstone) can be formed naturally or...
