It's due out in May, actually.

The Muppets Episode 13 - Got Silk?

And Matt Vogel has really made that character his own. Ditto Dave Goelz as Chip. :)

    Commercial rant time...

Years ago, Fruity Cheerios used that same "Happiness Runs in a Circular Motion" song in a rock version for kids and in a soothing guitar version for adults. Both still used those terrible-looking CGI/green screen kids, though. One for Chex that showed how a whole family bought several...

Arthur - Where is the Show Going?

And what about Pelswick? Kid goes through the exact same problems as able-bodied kids, and he handles them as well as they do.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

What was it, then? Ground-up horse testicles? "More testicles means more iron."

The Muppets Episode 13 - Got Silk?

Seems like the writers are still trying to get a handle on the retooled format just as they were with the format at the beginning of the show.

The Muppets Episode 13 - Got Silk?

I enjoyed this episode. Not as much as the last two, but still solid. I thought Piggy's worrying over her lack of friends had a great emotional payoff with Uncle Deadly dropping hints at the friend she always had. The B-plot with Pache trying to bribe Gonzo, Pepe, and Rizzo with some new suits...

    The Chipmunks

Alvin is a jerk some of the times, so it is justified in certain cases. Though I could definitely see him blaming the bag's design rather than himself for breaking it.

    The Chipmunks

I loved how Brit gave Alvin a taste of his own medicine by twirling one of his tennies around and having Eleanor "borrow" it. And Alvin just too cute in that little sunsuit he had to model to get that last purse (for those who don't know, a sunsuit is like a swimsuit, except made with lighter...

The Amazing World of Gumball Thread

Didn't Darwin originally gain legs from eating people food, or has it always been from his love from Gumball?

Danger Mouse and Powerpuff Girls both announced for comebacks

Doesn't sound too different from this... or this. I ain't complainin'. The PPGs are no stranger to punk rock.

    The Gravity Falls Thread

What a finale! I loved all the callbacks to past episodes, as well as all the Chekhov's Guns like Mabel's grappling hook and that shrinking/enlarging crystal. Everyone sure spent a lot of time saying goodbye, too, which also left me with a heavy heart. :sigh:

Danger Mouse and Powerpuff Girls both announced for comebacks

Looks like we will have most of the classic villains we all know and love, and that lumberjack will be part of the main rogues gallery, too. Hopefully the Rowdyruff Boys will also make a return. :) It could be worse. They could be a bunch of teenage bimbos like in that clip show episode I...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

If they're talking about real maple syrup, then sure, I can buy that. But definitely not the cheap "pancake syrup" which is mostly corn syrup and artificial flavoring.

    Dark Crystal Funko Pops? MMmmHHmmmMM!

Sounds so much better than credit cards, too! :)

Speculation: The Muppets Season 1 Blu-ray Bonus Features

And then you have Shout! Factory's DVD release of WKRP in Cincinnati, which was able to clear the rights to about 4/5 of the music, which is still a lot more than the later reruns and Fox's flop of a season 1 DVD. If music rights are really an issue for TMS, I don't see what's stopping a big...

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

Boy, did Deadpool make it big this Venereal Disease weekend, making more than $135 mil. in its opening and likely made a great alternative to all those formulaic rom coms normally released this month. KFP3 was no slouch, either, holding steady in 2nd place and earning almost $20 mil. more...

    Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! impressions

I enjoyed the references to the Twilight Zone episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" in yesterday's episode, though it wasn't a straight-up parody as everyone knew about the gremlin on the plane. There was even a good bit of peril with Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby dangling off the wing of the enormous...

    Bunnicula: The Animated Series thread

I also really like the use of wild takes, particularly with Chester. Using 2DCG software shouldn't give you an excuse to not go crazy with expressions, and this show just doesn't do that. :)
