So far, this re-tool has been really great. We got to see the Muppets being their Muppet-y selves a little more than usual, and we got a solid (single) plot of the gang being pressured by the higher-ups to "stay relevant" and coming up with something great in the context of Up Late (something...
The Nostalgia Critic re-opens that can of worms with a video comparing Tangled and Frozen.

I will have to disagree with him a bit on Olaf. He may be a goofy talking sidekick, but what makes him stand out from other sidekicks in past Disney movies is that...
If there's one H-B show I would love to see a reboot of, it's Wildfire. It's a cartoon aimed at girls with a lot of the same stuff girls would like (magical kingdoms, princesses, candy-colored horses that inexplicably talk, etc.), but it avoids being saccharine like so many others of its kind...
Nice to know that WB is giving T&J at least one more season. I wonder if they'll explore new scenarios this time?
And Bunnicula sounds interesting to me. It's supposed to be a dark comedy, which sounds like a lot of fun. :)
And the writers take some liberties in science for the sake of storytelling. For example, any episode involving shrinking would cause Friz and the kids to be crushed to death under their own weight as their mass wouldn't change along with their size. Either that or they'll just sink into the ground.
KFP3 has no competition in its 2nd week, and should hopefully hold its own there. For the following week, it should make a kid-friendly alternative to the Deadpool movie to parents who actually pay attention to the R rating.
They are not trademarking the word or the video type. What they're actually doing is licensing out the rights to their specific "React" video series to be adapted by other people and in other countries, just like a fast food company licensing out its business model to others for franchises. No...
I'm sure this movie will make a ton of money in China, where it was co-produced. So many American studios pander to the Chinese audience because that's where the big bucks are nowadays, but even then KFP has been praised by critics over there for being very respectful to their culture and...
You'd think that oil prices being very cheap and plentiful in America would be good for our economy, but apparently not as so many oil workers are losing their jobs due to the weak demand. And we're starting to export our petroleum for the first time, or at least the first in a long time. I'm...
Kung Fu Panda 3 dominated this weekend, earning $41 mil. over the weekend. A little less than the first two installments and a lot less than Home, but it at least made more in its opening than Norm and The Nut Job, so DW should take this victory in stride...
When all is said and done, I'm sure DW's Trolls won't be half as insulting as the X chromosome-pandering, estrogen-fueled Trollz cartoon from over a decade ago that flopped horribly and got DiC sued by the original company that created it. You know, the one where the main characters are a bunch...
I can safely say that FotB has gotten a longer run than All-American Girl, with a 24th episode soon to air compared to AAG's 19. If the real Eddie Huang can see that, then maybe he'll change his tone about the show. :)
