As you should be! I'm fortunate to live next door to an AMC multiplex. Top films, no waiting. He he. I did view this film a little closer and toward the left of the screen than I would have liked, but it didn't matter. I loved it! :flirt:
I figured out the one improvement that would have made Wall-E worked even better for my taste. They totally should have "Charlie Browned" the people (in other words, their dialogue should have been unintelligible to the audience and their faces would not be seen). There were ways to tell the...
Just saw Hellboy2 Friday night and the theater was packed! Seeing the first film isn't a requirement, but it will provide the viewer with more investment in the characters. A- in my book.
This film is very much a labor of love for all those involved. I'm sure the Columbia Tri-Star executives...
I love how the pig looks here. I like it just for this special, of course, but from what I can tell from the snapshot - she looks fantastic! I just wish they'd allow Janice some freedom with her hair from time to time - not so much in color, but in style. Let her lose the scruchy and pig tail...
Nanco Bites!
:coy: I ordered a Wembley Sababa doll online and received a Nanco (bait-and-switch) so be careful when ordering Fraggle toys from Amazon sellers.
:busy: The Nanco ones are U-G-L-Y. I had to put that in all caps because the Sababa ones are just so beautiful and cuddly. Trust me...
Um...this is a very old thread. Here's a link to a current auction on the black shirt Palisades tour Animal figure that ultimately came out.
The versions of Animal released by Palisades include:
1. Classic Animal with the Electric Mayhem Playset
2. Tour (black shirt) Animal
3. Mega...
I'm glad other Muppet fans join my Scooter enthusiasm. Of all the Muppet poser options, with the exception of Kermit, I think Scooter most represents the Muppet Show. His colors also pop more than any other character. The concern over at MR is that he isn't a current enough character to justify...
I suppose Disney believes today's kids to have such short attention spans that they find it unnecessary to create advertisements asking them to tune in because they don't think they'll remember.
I guess they don't show promos for the Disney Channel unless it's High School Musical or...
:sing: Jerry Nelson Celebration Menu :batty:
In this menu the site's red arches rade in as usual. A banner that reads "Celebrating Jerry Nelson" appears above the usual Muppet Central logo. Twinking glitter sparkles briefly while Jerry's characters pop up into the arches along with Nelson...
Sure kids have new favorites that we didn't have growing up, but there isn't any entertainment out there with the special brand of magic specific to the Muppets. That's what is being said here.
I'm not saying that other entertainment properties don't provide their own special connections...
I have seen every single Muppet movie in the theater (even the muddled Muppets From Space that broke my heart) this will be no exception no matter what. It's the second viewing that's in question. The only Muppety/Henson film I avoided like the plague was Elmo in Grouchland (how can they make a...
Congratulations on the new Gonzo! He really is fun. I keep primping him remaking his pupils to get him just right, but he's the first one that made me smile right out of the box! The Kermit looked corpse like and the Animal looked fluffily crazed, but Gonzo seemed much more natural upon arrival...
It can't all be comic gold.
The latest blog clips are just not the best work on the site so far. There's some really good stuff on Muppets.com that outweighs any missed opportunities at humor. I do agree with your statement that you expect too much. No one could meet the mark you've set for...
