Technically I think it's recordings of Steve and Dave made for this or other products. I hope they say more than one phrase, but the sculpture is beautiful.
I just don't get these character-driven segments that need titles and theme songs. I love Ernie. He's one of my Sesame faves, but stick him in a sketch with Bert and have the learning and humor come from that rather than some tedious contrivance. I don't know who is responsible for this boring...
Amazingly everything seems to work perfectly for me right now! Whatever you've done Phillip - it's working on this end. I'll check Ian's mac later and see how that goes. :D

{EDIT} back to not working again. Hmmm.
I have trouble with the main page link on my work computer. We don't install the new plugins etc so that could be it, but I find that the other page links work and so does the main page link only when I surf back to it from another area at Muppet Central.
There's something with the initial...
I like the Ernie and Bert claymation work I've seen. However, I do prefer the puppets. I'm really against Elmo or Abby getting their own official block. That's what is turning Sesame into every other kid's show. I'd like to see more interactions on the street. It just feels less like a community...
Um...wow. Just - wow. The new clips today are like nothing I've seen in since Jim. Truly. Even if they do contain a little bit of spoiler (you didn't actually think Christmas wouldn't be saved) it has my full confidence now. Santa seems to be pulled off in such a way that it isn't too childish...
That one is fantastic too. It's cartoony and still embodies the spirit and design of the character. Nice balance. All of this work so far has been impressive. MC is a much more creative place than when I first dropped by. We always had creative members, but that has grown so much!
I have to...
Thanks. I think that revision maintains the artists unique style as well as much of Gonzo's. My initial reaction to the artist was prickly, but I do like his stuff. I don't think he should replace his Gonzo for my revision, but I do hope he takes into account the visual elements that make Gonzo...
Ebay is a pretty safe site to use, but it really is up to your parents. I have been known to impulsively purchase things from there and I've had a few bidding wars for needless things, but for the most part it's the best place for hard to find items and one of the only places for many of the...
Ebay has some. So does Amazon. You kind of have to pop around the web. Actual stores will be more expensive (and dusty).
Here are the harder ones to find in the regular assortments:
Series one:
Bunsen
Dr. Teeth
(hair down exclusive) Miss Piggy
Series two:
Animal Playset
Fozzie Bear
Floyd...
A benefit is okay I guess. Still that could get sticky. Some charities have been known for mismanagement and Disney wouldn't want Kermit associated with that. I'm sure this charity is legit, but it would be better for them to contact Disney or create original puppets. Does anybody know what they...
The performance was good. Kermit's gestures were a little too sharp for the mellow fifty-something frog. The puppet also looked nice. I just don't think he should be doing this on stage. Heck, if this were a kid's school talent show it would be a different story, but this appears to be a paid...
These are the Muppets I remember! The characters are out in the real world (as opposed to Muppety-scale-built sets) playing off human actors and stars. The characters aren't trying too hard for the jokes as in years past. Their existence in the real world is accepted and the humor comes from...
Hi Jim! I was just wondering if the Diva Code will have photographs of the pig and if so will there be any new ones?
I also wanted to know if you had considered writing a Fozzie Bear joke book. That would be an interesting project! :o
Thanks for your time.
I have to agree with Redsonga here. Elmo wasn't around when I was an intended viewer of the Street so I can't understand how the producers would let him take over so much of it. The show had an ensemble cast of characters while Jim Henson was around. In the 90s the producers and Clash seemed to...
