I have to agree with you, Froggy. Those are...I mean they're nice and all, but a company like MR making something that's so stiff looking. They look posed. They don't look like they can just get up and start doing something. After the beautiful posers they've made that you feel like Kermit...
With all the different work Henson did in his life, what was your main inspiring force to work with Gorch?
Is there a character you associate with the most (without meaning that you are that character)?
I like the cameos of other characters from the Henson Legacy, and also your caricature...
I just found this thread. Awesome work, man! I posted how I like that you stayed true to the design of the characters without stylizing away from them. Something as stylistic as Muppets can't be re-stylized too much or they lose their flavor--you maintained the essence of them. Power to you!
Nor mine! After all, it is Fozzie Bear we're talking about here. I can't afford to bjuy more than one, but I definitely will buy one! :o
BTW, I did post on MR Forums and asked if they could tell us how many pre-orders there are so we can get more on board. I think if we knew how close the...
I would LOVE for Frank to direct something Muppets. Even if just once, but I would love to have him over something: TV special, Movie (please!), or a Special TV Movie! :)

There are two great pictures of her and, although the article is short, I think there is something to be learned from it for those wishing to be creative!

The Muppets are mentioned at the bottom of the article.
I've been pegged to play the role of Poison Ivy in the next Batman movie!
Of course not, but it's all interesting news and I can't wait to see where they take the film next time. I thing The Dark Knight is going to be HARD to top. Sadly, Heath Ledger is the ONLY person who ever got the...
I wish I knew how many sales they HAD to make for Fozzie to happen, because I would be one of those who would contractually agree to buy one in order to get one made. Maybe if they only need like 1500 or so they could get that many folks to contractually agree to buy it (or, include the number...
That is all incorrect (yep, I'm also a Schulz-ologist). He hated that the name was changed by the syndicate to "Peanuts," he wanted to title it "Good Ol' Charlie Brown." He did have insecurities, but he didn't hide behind his characters, he was REALLY protective of them and his work--to this...
I do have a photo of me 1 year old at Disney World and I was quite nervous of the Sherrif of Knottingham from Robin Hood walk-around! I'm in his arms, looking back at the teeth in his mouth, and leaning as far away as I can! HA HA!
Chuck E. Cheese was awesome. Then, one day, they forgot to...
I wonder if Muppet-haters are also the same people who are afraid of clowns?
You know, I met a girl who was terrified of Muley, and she said she hates anything like that: Pinocchio, Muppets, Costumed characters...that's weird to me. I'm only afraid of snakes and pain!
