I actually posted a response to the married question from Karen Falk at the JHC Archives that stated they side with the Frog: Kermit and Piggy are not married. Kermit has also been quite direct in his responses since that film that they are not married.

What good news! Budget in place, they're checking locations and director and crew--it's looking like it's going to happen! You know, as long as JHC has a final say on script and story, I'm confident it will be a great film. I'm happy some new news has arrived!

I heard from a friend the possibility that these are so popular that Diz "could plan" to mass market this in other retail outlets and raise the price? We're not saying it's true, but if so, get it while you can for this price from FAO so you can have an "original" original Whatnot.
