Okay now did they have another closing theme between the animated one in the early 70s and the one with Barkley the Dog in the late 70s? And also, I remember in the early 90s, they used the Barkley one most of the time, but sometimes, I remember there was one with Big Bird and kids walking...
I love that series! I actually noticed that when it first started, the lady's voice sounded a lot different, and a lot lower.
I liked the fact that it always involved the guy doing these impossible duties! I wonder why that's all they ever did!
Did you see this at the Museum of TV & Radio? It's amazing you remember the episode number and everything! I think Chris Cerf wrote that song! Also, didn't #2795 have the "New Ball In Town" animation?
Those were not the only shows CTW produced. They also produced Square One, Cro, and Ghostwriter. But I see your point, I don't see how the channel would be popular if it only had 6 shows. What I was planning on was maybe they could air some foreign versions of the show, some old movies and...
I think that's true, because I have been convinced that my petition to keep Unpaved on Noggin will not work either. Because, again, we are not who the show was geared for in the first place. Look at it this way: Just as we don't like the new version of the show as much, they don't like the old...
That actually isn't a bad idea! It could be one of those very futuristic-looking computer animations, and it would be a laptop that sits on a stand that rolls around, and his eyes would be above the screen. And maybe instead of just saying "noo noo noo," maybe he could make a few computer noises...
Not only that, but people didn't really like him all that well, because he was a 1-note joker, and all his skits were basically the same.
I do agree, but Little Bird is actually a HER.
That, and also, people thought that Don Music banging his head on the keys would be a bad influence...
Well, even someone at Sesame Workshop told me they think the whole idea of re-vamping Noggin into 2 different networks was a bad idea. Because that "N" wipes out a lot of CTW's programming. She was the one who originally said she thinks there should be a CTW channel. But I don't know how popular...
Well, imagine this, both "Air" and "Keep The Park Clean For The Pigeons" were on 123 Sesame Street today! Now is "Opposites" with Mahna Mahna really that recent?
If you live in the Boston area, or any area with AT&T Broadband, Noggin is on Channel 223. And if you have RCN, it's on channel 110. Now I know that AT&T Broadband is a very big cable company. I know that it's channel 120 in some areas, channel 223 in others, and it varies throughout the...
Okay, I understand you are new to Noggin, and have only known about it for a few months. But Noggin has been on for almost 4 years now. And the 65 shows they have are the same ones they've been airing for the past 4 years. I would be happy (well, actually sad) to explain why they moved them to...
