Does anybody remember the Alphaboy on Sesame Street?

It was a live-action film with him, and the first letter version I saw is the letter "B". He rides on bumpy roads and rides on his bike.
But I can't recall the most of it. I first saw it on 123 Sesame Street.

This is actually a newer letter series. That series was done in 1996.
