    Favorite Heavy and Light skits

One of my favorite heavy/light skits is when the two lamps are playing ball. First there's a beach ball(light), then there's a bowling ball(heavy).

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 35

Wait a minute! Disney acquired the rights to the Muppets, but not to the Sesame Workshop characters. So what is it-that Sesame Workshop no longer owns the rights to Kermit the Frog?

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Season 35

Though I do agree, both at the moment are impossiblities, as A) Guy Smiley hasn't been recast, adn I do not think he will (he was for a computer game, but that was more like a voice over, than a puppeteer) B) With all the red tape because of Henson, a Kermit appearance would cost mucho...

What happened to all the classic clips?

They'd better use more old clips in season 36!

    Ray Charles dies at 73

Yes, I've seen the segment of various guest stars singing the ABC song. Ray Charles was at the beginning of the segment, and other now-dead guest stars in that segment were Michael Jeter, and Lamb Chop's performer, Shari Lewis(Lamb Chop appeared in that segment).

    Dead Dorothy

In 1997, there was a Sesame Street episode when Elmo would not laugh at Telly's joke because Elmo was sad-he went to say hello to his old fish Bubbles and she was dead. Then at the end of the episode, Telly surprises Elmo with a new goldfish which might have been Dorothy. Maybe Dorothy was a...

    Sesame Street Missing Muppets

Dantecat, here are some more questions for you: 1)How do you know Guy Smiley was performed by Steve Whitmire in this episode? Is it because the voice sounded similar? 2)Why was Guy Smiley being used as one of Maria's customers as opposed to a game show host when he was reused in 2001? 3)What...

    Sesame Street Missing Muppets

Ah, Dantecat, so you saw the season 32 episode where Maria has a lot of emergency toaster repairs. Is there a reason why Guy Smiley didn't talk when he made an appearance in the street story of this episode? What episode number is this episode, anyway?

    Whatever happened to...

I think I saw Guy Smiley in the main street story of a season 32(2001)episode of Sesame Street in which Maria has a lot of emergency toaster repairs. He was dressed in his usual clothes and did not talk. However, I don't know who was performing him.

    The newer Sesame Street seasons

Maybe Sesame Street is under one of Mumford's spells. Maybe when Mumford was in the street, he performed some magic that brought in Elmo, the little red menace and other characters that dumbed down the show. Let's start breaking that spell and restore Sesame Street to normal. A la peanut butter...
