I find it a bit weird that there's a spaghetti sauce brand called Prego. I know it's spelled differently than ''preggo'', but it sounds the same. And i'm pretty sure the brand's name is Italian, but it is an American company, so it just seems like an unfortunate name.

I think it's important to note that just because fans ship something that doesn't automatically mean they actually want it to happen on the show. Some ships don't have to make much sense within the context of the series or franchise. Fans can just like the hypothetical idea of those characters...

Well, I don't know about breaking into the vaults, but it might've been someone who works at the archives leaked the episodes because they knew SW had no intention of releasing them anytime soon. I'm pretty sure that's at least the case with those season 22 episodes that surfaced.
