Not to mention, there are a few allegations against him that everyone seems to be ignoring for some reason.
But you know who probably doesn't stink? The Dalai Lama! And who else? Morgan Freeman- I mean, c'mon, the guy literally played God, there's no way he can be a bad guy!
I think there's ways to do adult humor without it feeling too forced or risque. No offense to anyone who liked it but, to me it didn't even feel like the Muppets. The first few episodes felt more like some depressing parody of The Office.
Aw, that's really sad. He was my favorite animator on Sesame Street. His cartoons were fun, unique, full of catchy songs, and full of heart. He's been a big part of my childhood, as well as many others. Thanks Bud for the memories.
These are my two favorite shorts of his:
Well, if it's a song from The Muppet Show, I understand. That's usually my reaction when I watch that show - "???-?????". It's a pretty weird show :smirk:.
Well... :coy: I had this idea, and it's just an idea. What if you did a show like that but instead of famous movies you could watch TV shows. You could watch a few episodes of popular modern TV shows from the past decade or so. I don't necessarily have any expectations either way, but you're a...
Isn't that mostly newer episodes though? 'Cause the newer episodes, now those are beyond stupid!
Oh, this reminds me of something i've been thinking about for a little bit. @D'Snowth, have you seen the Channel Awesome show Tamara's Never Seen?
Oh man, I hate to overhype but definitely check that out! That is one of my favorite shows of all-time, and one of the best western animated shows ever.
:excited:
I'm surprised this hasn't been asked yet but...as an aardvark, have you ever eaten an ant?
Also, how do you feel about Arthur's portrayal of aardvarks?
Yeah, @D'Snowth normally when someone says they don't like something that I like it's usually whatever, but in this case if you didn't like SpongeBob when you first saw it (assuming you haven't seen it in years) I definitely recommend checking it out again with fresh eyes.
At the beginning of The Bowl, for instance, they had Sam the Eagle introducing The Star Spangled Banner, and songs like "I've Been Everywhere" and "On The Road Again" never charted in the UK. So, i'm sure at least a few of the songs will probably change.
It's definitely Eric, but he does sound a bit different.
I will say this, and i'm sure this isn't Eric's fault but, this was a lot more enjoyable than most of Miss Piggy's recent appearances.
I wonder if they'll go anywhere else in Europe in the future. The Muppets were always pretty big in Germany.
Also, considering this show is very far from the US, I wonder if all of the main performers are available.
Dude, try living in North Texas! One day in winter it can be 20 degrees, the next day it's up to the 80s. Sometimes we have nights that get all the way down to the single digits and then it shoots way up the next day.
