The New Am I The Only One Thread

Honestly, I thought he was waaayy more annoying in his earlier years, back when most of his character was just yelling at Goldilocks and getting angry at the drop of a hat. Nowadays, he's much more well rounded. He's more calm and mature, and he gets some funny one-liners now and again. When...

Which Muppet Character Do You Most Resemble?

You sir, sound like the most amazing and yet the most terrifying person to hang out with.

Which Muppet Character Do You Most Resemble?

Yeah, i'm like Wembley, for pretty much the same reasons that Froggy listed; indecisive, somewhat gullible, playful, etc. I also identify with Baby Bear a lot, especially as he's developed in more recent years. He's somewhat quiet, precocious, not very interested in sports or most other...

Oddly enough, I don't like ham on pizza but i've been eating it for years. For some reason I didn't realize I disliked it until you mentioned it, if that makes sense :p. I actually don't mind pineapple on pizza though.

We actually got along surprisingly well and we're still extremely close. We rarely ever actually attempted to annoy one another, but I guess sometimes we just couldn't resist.

"Muppet Guys Talking" on Good Morning America March 16, 2018

Well, I mean, it's true, she is the first (major) female Muppeteer. Being the first anything in a profession that's mostly dominated by a specific group can be a big thing. It can change people's perception and open the door for more people like you to get the same opportunities.

Hey, my charger has been having the same problem, maybe I should try that.

I don't believe you, it has to have been at least two years. It feels like you've been here since forever!

I was rewatching Paddington and realizing- wow, I have never seen a movie that was so utterly devoid of cynicism. And it's not sappy or cheesy, but somehow it's one of the sweetest movies i've ever seen. I love how it just makes you feel good. I want to write something like that one day.

That is a really accurate description. I think it might've done better on Nick.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Teeth are not considered bones. The outermost layer, the white shell is enamel, while the inside is connective tissue, blood vessels, etc that help connect them to the skull.

My older sister and I would play things sometimes, and I would hide in the hamper or she'd tie me up. Trouble is, I was and am severely claustrophobic, and I didn't like being restrained. So, wouldn't you know it, I always had a severe panic attack. Didn't help that, when I would go into the...

How's the weather where you are?

It's been really warm and sunny for the past week or so, but really cold in the evening/at night. I keep forgetting Spring is so soon, I was just starting to get used to winter weather.

    Learn Something New Everyday Thread

Wow...that actually makes a lot of sense. Still, I like that they made it about Chip and Dale so that it could be (indirectly) connected to the other shows in the Mickey canon like DuckTales and Goof Troop.

    The Doctor Who Thread

I love that one too. It's super creepy. I've also seen The Mind Robber, which a lot of people think is too over the top and silly, but I loved how chaotic and silly it gets, especially towards the end.

OK, i've gotta admit, I was pretty impartial to Ed Edd n' Eddy, but since my younger brother discovered it recently it's actually starting to grow on me.

Oh, and btw, the Patrick Troughton stories are also pretty fun.
