I just took a look at the schedule for the 2007 San Diego Comic Convention. The Jim Henson Company event will feature a "sketch" from Puppet Up! From the schedule on the web site:

Jerry- I can't pass up a chance to wish you "happy birthday" and thank you for all the fun & learning you've given me through the years. I wish you and yours all the best!
I'm looking forward to these as well. It will be interesting to see how many of the films' characters show up in the live-action series. I'm guessing we'll see more of Darth Vader, Boba Fett, the droids & Chewbacca. Maybe even Jar Jar & Boss Nass. Yoda and Ben, maybe? It should be fun &...
Blog post: Indy and me
Ah, Dr. Jones. I remember him well. My latest blog posting involves my memories of the Indiana Jones movies, inspired by this thread. Hope you like it!

It's on at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. (Pacific time) on TCM. I'm guessing you may be able to catch the second showing, but you'll have to check the listings in your area to be sure. Sadly, it looks like it's only on July 9. I'm guessing they'll rerun it at a later date, but it isn't in their listings for...
Very cool! Paul Simon actually made several appearances on Sesame Street back in the late 1970s. I'd love to see those again. Did they happen to show any of those clips?
I wonder if they're going to release any Lego sets from the new movie before it actually comes out! As "Star Wars" fans know, George Lucas is pretty good at keeping things a secret in his films until just before the movie comes out. We'll see!
That's neat - I'd enjoy meeting Kate Capshaw! :) She's certainly a highlight of "Temple of Doom."
And Steven Spielberg fans take note: There will be a new documentary about Spielberg on Turner Classic Movies on July 9. I'll definitely try to tune in!
Thanks for your postings, ChildActress! It must have been cool to be a part of the show.
As a "Sesame Street" collector, I have to ask - are you lucky enough to have any episodes of Carrascolendas on tape? I'm not sure if they gave out "courtesy videos" of the show back then, but if you...
Sorry to hear that. She was obviously a great singer, and she had a great sense of humor. I remember an article from the old "Muppet fan club" newsletter that included a picture of her and some friends holding up spoons to their noses, in tribute to the "spoon-hanging" she did with Gonzo on the...
Very cool! Be sure to wave "hi" for me! :)

I'm definitely looking forward to this. Although "Raiders" is still my favorite, I enjoyed the other movies in the series as well & look forward to seeing "Indy" again. Also, it would be great to see Karen Allen return, if that's how it works out. Let's hope so!
That's a classic from the "old school" Sesame Street days. It's obviously very rare - I don't think it's on YouTube.
There is an old record titled "Sesame Street Story Time" that includes the soundtrack to this skit. If you can find a copy of the album, you can listen to it again, along with...
Abba documentary on A&E July 1
The hour-long ABBA documentary will be shown on A&E on July 1. Please check your local TV listings for the exact time in your area. (It's airing at 9 a.m. over here in SoCal.) Definitely worth watching if you want to know about the history of the group.
So did I! I didn't see her segment at all on the show that day. It's possible that they moved it to a different day, or unfortunately they had to drop the segment for whatever reason. Did I just miss her, or did anybody see her on a different day?
There are several short-lived series (plus a few longer-lived series) that I like that I think definitely belong on DVD! You can read about them below:

My favorites to see again would probably be the live-action...
My guess is that unfortunately, you would get in trouble again if your local PBS station were to find out that their logo was being used. I guess it's possible that they wouldn't find out, but that's a risk you'd have to take. Also, it could be that YouTube itself may see the logo & delete it...
