I'm a lifelong Muppet fan too--I was born in 1973 (I'm OLD) and so my first memories include some classic Sesame stuff and some Muppet Show as well.
I don't think it was until highschool that I REALLY turned hardcore though, and became fiercely pro-Muppet. It was about two years before Jim...
I'm not *AT* home...I'm at *WORK!*
Hence my activity on the site!
I don't think Melissa and Miles are home either...if they know what's good for them!

I don't want to think about Byron in any magical age.
I was hoping it was just that he had dumped some detergent into a hot tub or something VERY clean and wholesome like that.
Not the filthy stories of obscene things that Sasquatches (Sasquatchi) had done in ages past. Perv. No WONDER...
I've only seen Labyrinth once, and that was about two years ago...but I really enjoyed it! I may have to pick up the DVD so I can watch it again and again and again. I really liked Jennifer Conelly in it. And even David Bowie. And everyone else. In fact, there's nothing I didn't like about...
Hmmm....all these southeasterners have something goin' on. Something that has the smell of "Deliverance" about it.
*listening for banjos*
I'll just keep the Rockies between y'all and me.

I will stand and half-heartedly defend Byron.
He's my buddy, after all.
Then again....
Maybe I'll back down.
Never mind.
Byron can try and defend himself. This is too good.
So....what's the freaky deaky hot tub story?

If you're counting the cartoon robots, then you may also want to count R2-D2 and C-3PO, who both made two appearances on Sesame Street...
And what about the typewriter guy? Would he count as a robot?
It's a shame he's been fired since typewriters don't exist anymore. They should have an...
Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, but in watching one of those lame "year in review" entertainment specials, I was struck that Dudley Moore, Milton Berle, and James Coburn all died in 2002, and all three were Muppet Show guests; then again, 25 years after any given television...
I actually did break the wires on my rack/operating table doohickey myself, but that was because the original wires were so stiff that I couldn't get the skullcap on Beaker's head. So I got out the wire cutters and had a little operation. I like it better loose.
Hmmmm. Fragile plastic...
I'm intrigued and my interest is piqued. I don't know if you could get too specific with the size of the "pockets" that the figures would go in...but with their sizes and shapes all being so different from eachother (unlike the SW and GI Joe figures of the 1970s-80s) it'd be hard not to.
I'd...
I haven't had any body parts fall off.
My toys are also in good shape.
Take it back to the store if you can--they'll switch it out for you. Ken defined this problem as "faulty glue points." Which reminds me of a time when I was in Jr. High and working on the yearbook with a bunch of...
You got sucked in, Telly!!!!
I was planning on only getting certain figures, too...but every time I see the next wave, I need to get every last one of them. Who ever thought we'd even SEE a Crazy Harry???
Yup.
I need 'em all.

What size are the Sideshow Muppet Busts? I know they're a relatively small size, but I'm trying to decide if I want to delve into them or not.
Estimated size?

Hey Mr. Kippel,
Nothing's been announced yet, but evidently they've been selling through fairly well so far. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw an announcement about volumes 16-20 this spring or so...
I just talked my wife into getting volumes 1-10, so I'm a little behind the curve...
Hey Danish boys,
Are these the same things they were giving away in the UK? The little stuffed figures of Kermit, Gonzo, Piggy, Fozzie, Sam, Beaker, Animal, etc?
Or are they something different?
Or do you know?
I wish I spoke Danish. Evidently when I speak German I have a Danish...
When I read "The Two Towers," I had to put it down for almost a year before picking it up again...I found it very slow going. Fulfilling trilogy after I was done reading it, but it was torturous for me.

In no particular order:
Reduce our debts.
Start running again.
Make more Fisher Price Little People.
Be a good Daddy.
Streamline my life.
Take good care of Miles and Melissa.

Those Sesame Street Stores were the bomb....they had a lot of adult t-shirts and clothing, not to mention all of the other merchandise. It was like heaven on earth. I went to three of them, and the decor was different for all three; I remember one of them had an animatronic Oscar who would...
