I wish I could make that more "copycat-mocking-tone-of-voicey..."
Ugh. All those Muppet toys wasted in Europe....
Enjoy them.

"Growing pains" is a good way to put it...a transitional period without Jim and Richard (and Frank, really) where they can learn their way around their new selves...."IAVMMCM" or whatever it is sort of felt like a breakthrough in many ways, most notably that Eric Jacobson and others have finally...
Okay, so my local liberry just got a copy of the "Kermit's Swamp Years" DVD in, so I can see it for free, just giving 90 minutes of my life.
Do I do it?
I have very low expectations...should I see it?

At least it's better with a celebrity than it is with someone you know/knew in real life...like a co-worker, friend, family member or something....
"I could have SWORN you were dead!"
Try not to sound disappointed about it when you say it, though.

Hey Lunatic,
Statler and Waldorf didn't exist in the Fisher Price Stick Puppet line....the only characters were:
Kermit
Miss Piggy
Gonzo
Fozzie
Animal
Rowlf
Scooter
But not necessarily in that order.
There was a PVC line about the same time that included Statler and Waldorf...
I'm sure I mean Danish. Like from Denmark, like these two guys are.
Dutch would be from the Netherlands or Holland. I can understand some Dutch when it's spoken, because I can speak really bad German and really bad English...so in my mangled brain (darn escalator) it turns into Dutch...

"assitance"

I don't know what THAT'S supposed to mean.....
Then again, I used to have a tail, and I have an odd number of body parts that most humans have an even number of, so I'll just zip it.
Actually, that one part is almost completely grown back.
It's about !#$!@#$ time...
There's nothing wrong with a good warm up, but the stench of burned skin and hair just never really washes out, ya know?
I hope you don't know.

Well yesterday was a banner day for Peanuts mockery on my television...I was home sick with the flu, and just sort of kept the TV on all day to keep me company since Melissa and Miles quarantined themselves away from me... and I saw:
1) The Ben Affleck Saturday Night Live, which opens with...
I don't have nearly as much problem with a sequel (or series) based on "Atlantis" or "Lilo and Stitch," say, as I do with sequels to "Cinderella," "Peter Pan," etc....stories that already HAD an ending, and now manufactured stories are being tacked on...
If it's an entirely new story, why not...
I do think there's a marked difference in the first three movies and the more recent three (since Jim's death); I don't know that I'd say the new ones are inferior...they're just different.
The Great Muppet Caper is my favorite of the Muppet films, and I don't know if there will EVER be...
