The "eggnog" is sketch is from the Prince episode of Muppets Tonight. Mulch shows video clips of Dr. Phil at a Christmas party after he's had more and more eggnog.
Oh wow, I'd adore a Beautiful Day Monster figure. Doubt if it ever happens though.
I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Mahna Mahna and Snowths action figures in 2005.

I assume they closed it in the middle-to-late eighties due to competition. In the Dallas area there was Six Flags and White Water around the same period of time. I have no idea how many Sesame Place parks were open around the country during its heyday though.

A Bobo-Bean two-pack as a tour figure would be very nice if Palisades could do it from a sculpting-tooling perspective. Bobo is a big guy anyway so a two-pack might work well as the 2005 Tour Figure for say $20.
I wasn't trying to make a comparison per se, but rather just a point of reference.
Bottom line, I'd like to see a set of all six for a slight discount say $40 or so. I think that would help Palisades and the fans.
Sesame Place originally opened around 1980. There were multiple parks at the time. I went to the one in Dallas during the early eighties. There is only one park now though in Philadelphia. Brian Henson and Bill Barretta originally met at Sesame Place doing clean-up work.

Bean Bunny hasn't been announced yet. But it's likely Bean and Bobo are on the radar for series 11 (if it happens at this point). Even if series 11 doesn't see the light of day, knowing Palisades, they would probably make a special Bean Bunny exclusive to sell in 2005.
Before Palisades Direct came into the picture, I think these were up for pre-order at EB Games for $5.99. I agree with everybody that in relation to the action figures eight is a little high, but it's the price they have set them at. It's not totally unrealistic though. Some Muppet PVC's have...
