Remember the bonus feature on Muppets from space where they are watching the movie and commenting on it? wouldn't it be fun to see Walter (and maybe Gary) commenting on a couple of episodes? Maybe. Or little introductions.
I wouldn't mind seeing some cut scenes up though... I'd rather have the official dvd though than some bootleg of the movie. Technology is moving to fast for Theaters to keep people from doing this sadly. Did any one else get "wanded" when they went to see the preview screening? they were really...
They just posted this article up and I'm excited because they used my video and I was interviewed for this. It is an article about Muppet fans and an interview with Walter.
CNN Walter Article
Anyone got pictures of these? I couldn't find them when I went to Wal Mart... My two year old would love these (especially if Walter is on one..she is obssessed with Walter lately...though I think she would be happy with Kermit and Piggy)>
I feel the same way ever since seeing a Twilight Zone episode when I was a kid..... Alot of people don't get how I can be a puppeteer and scared of dummies... I'm so glad a lot of Jeff Dunham's are not creepy wooden ones.
Perhaps the next film should be about the Muppets taking on an evil media empire...ooo run by a muppet fox.... I find it interesting that the clip they use in this is Walter telling about Tex Richman's plan. It doesn't get more cartoony a portrayal of a villian than that. This whole news cast...
The Prep and Landing comparison is pretty much how I felt about it too. THough interstingly it has gotten good reviews (and more merchandise than Muppets at Toys R US GRRRRR). Even with the good reviews it deosn't interest me. I think a lot of people see the preview and feel it is derivitive of...
Cute... I love the entrance. Is the mouth on that one pretty easy to operate? The other two have more of a standard mouth but the green one makes me think of Beaker a little.
They look the same quality wise in store... I haven't bought one though (its on my Christmas list)... I think there is a slight difference in the fabric so the velcro pieces work better....the accesory thing is a bit odd but as my whatnot from Fao is blue I figured an orange one would be okay...
I like the 59 dollar what not kits at Toys R Us...no clothes though... Selling out in our stores pretty quick but they still have them online.... I got a whatnot myself when they first came out
Interestingly the puppet comment didn't annoy me much... Have you ever seen Greg the Bunny...where Puppets are treated like lower class citizens. I never really had a problem with the Muppets being called puppets...its just that in their world a puppet is not being controlled by anyone its just...
All this talk about misbehaving children... My daughters who are 2 and 5 were glued to the screen both times they saw it. The Muppets are just so magical to them (even though because of what I do as part of my job they are well aware of how a puppet works). The day I took my puppet team to see...
I am having the hardest time trying to post this picture...hopefully this link works:

Interesting point about the toy story short...I think Disney thought the Muppets needed Toy Story and yet when I asked my students about it they actually thought the Toy story short was their least favorite part (They preffered the Hawain vaction one before Cars 2...which did need Toy story if...
Wow after I left I was thinking where this ranked for me:
1. Muppet Movie (Can't beat it...the magic it has to it is amazing...one of my two favorite movies of all time...the other being Mr. Magorium.... which also has Kermit in it)
2. Great Muppet Caper (first one I remember seeing in theaters)...
