just regular slip casting latex, i think it is Number L-200 ,you can find it oline in most sculpture supplie stores.

depends on the show. Muppet show Chickens had beaks made from Celastic, althought TR Rooster hada Wooden Beak, and he other rooster(the black one) had a foam and Fleece beak. On sesame Street the Chickens have Slip cast Latex beaks.

probably better/easier to look for a puppet builder in the puppetry section, i rarley look in this area , your link didnt work, try re posting it,

those will be a challange, i hate building puppets based on designs that come from a Animation design style, it never really blends well in my experience, i would carve the heads from Foam, and Pattern the body and arms, but no matter what that will be a challenge.

carpet tape is great , you can get it at Home Depot, Toupe tape also works it is used for holding Hair Pieces on, on stage and on Bald gentelman who like using hair peices, some of the double stick foam tapes work ok, but the foam in them degrades after a while,

Thanks for Clarifing that, I know that the Fleece production has had some issues,over the last few years, recently onlya 12oz variety of fleece had been a avilible, im not sure they called it Antron any more, (since that was the name of the threads use to spin it, but i had not heard of them...

that is new, i know that their have been issues with Antron production over the last few years, im sure a new Manufaturer will be found at some point.
