Help in making a chicken

I need help in designing and making a chicken puppet.

A: Pattern ideas.
B: Images of chicken puppets already made?
C: Supplies in making the puppet(s)
D: Back stage hints in filming.


I grew up on muppets but I am clueless as to where to start when it comes to building on.
My Chicken has spunk and is going to be used to promote some of my marketing stuff.
