I can't speak for the Mac version, but the Windows version of Nero should be avoided if you're aiming to make DVD-Video discs. When I tried it, the blasted thing took it upon itself to rewrite the VIDEO_TS.IFO file and change all the offsets! Needless to say, the disc failed to play...
