Me: (Hearing loud, rushed footsteps in the hall) Hey Link! Quit stuffing your face, I think company's coming!
Link: (Mouth full of Oreos) Mmf brffd chufft crckt mmm.
Me: Here, drink some of this milk. (Opens door) Becky and Mokey, so nice to see you! Come in, come in...help yourselves...
I don't share a birthday with anyone. At least Sherlock Hemlock is a fellow Aries. For some reason, it came as no surprise to learn that Guy Smiley was born July 1. Sort of like I expected it. Weird.
Thanks Dee and McFraggle. My eye is feeling much better though there is still redness. It not longer hurts to be in the light which is a huge relief.
As for green tea and orange juice...I really don't think there's anything better. They taste good and they actually do seem to help get rid...
Wow Dee, you have a great singing voice!
The sketch is classic goodness, and I feel really bad for the guy after he poofs back to old age. You get the feeling that it took him all those years to develop that formula and suddenly it's like all that time was wasted.
Very good news. The t-shirts I think we've known about for a couple weeks now, thanks to zazzle.com, but it's good that it's getting more exposure. The Gonzo game sounds promising also.
This is exactly how I feel. It's not necessarrily the buying/spending of cash...it's the anticipation. It's playing the EBGames game where you look and see that Muppets will be available on a certain date and on that day you log on to find that they've pushed it back a week. It was always...
That's awesome. First of all, Zeke all by himself is a cool concept. Secondly, the banjo is an awesome instrument. I have nothing but respect for people who can play it well.
You are going to be Cookie, Grover and Herry...no way did I see that coming :halo: . Your other three characters...
"Mahna Mahna" is one of those songs that people seem to know even if they don't remember where it's from. I'm glad it's getting exposure, and it's interesting that it would be on NBC, considering that it's a rival of Disney's ABC.
(Sweating mildly)
Me: Just gave the room a good cleaning. Somehow Link and I had about 47 packages of Mint Oreos in various places in our rooms. We think perhaps someone was playing a prank on us.
Link: Throwing away 47 packages of mint Oreos made this the saddest day of my life...
Well, it looks as though several MC members have named Muppets they would like to play. Bobhopesite has been good enough to keep track of MC participants and their Muppets. You, Erine, suggested we play ourselves. I figured we could have a lot of fun playing ourselves (possibly as the main...
I went to the doctor yesterday and discovered I have Iritis (or possibly eyeritis). I thought the good Dr. was making it up at first, but it turns out, my contacts were restricting oxygen to my eyes and caused them to flare up (turning red, hurting in the light and hurting in general). Now I'm...
I'm curious to hear if anyone has seen White Noise starring Michael Keaton. Keaton is usually a hit with me, but I don't know if another movie about ghosts talking to us through our televisions is really worth seeing. If you've seen it, please let me know.
The Offspring's Smash is an absolute classic. They truly established their sound with that album and all their CD's have been molded with that same rocking formula. I still love their self-titled CD and Ignition, but there is really something special about Smash.
I do love The Electric...
Gaffer has to be my favorite. I hate real cats but you gotta love a Muppet cat with an eyepatch. I'm also going to say Rugby the Tiger from The Christmas Toy.
Yeah, I'm not buying that. My parents had me watching Sesame Street way before pre-school. The quality was just so much better then than it is now. There was a greater diversity in characters and content. Who was the main character of SS in the early 80's? Big Bird? Bert and Ernie...
It's a really cool DVD. I was at Suncoast and I was looking around, knowing in the back of my mind that it was out, but I didn't think of it. I picked up a Sababa Toys Boober plush, and as I approached the checkout, one of the employees reminded me about the DVD. I was quite grateful and I...
Psst...Kathy. Hey, Kathy. Prarie Dawn. You two want some (tee hee hee) mint Oreos?
Ha, only kidding. I'm still working out a kink in my neck. I seemed to have slept on it wrong for about a month too long and humor seems to be the only thing that helps me forget about it. Luckily, I'm...
I actually feel the same way. Once the Muppets line is over, I will be at a loss. No more checking Palisades for Muppets daily bits, no more browsing EB Games or some other online retailer for Muppet surprises. Maybe I will get really into the variants or exclusives and become a hunter for the...
