I actually got to play the Chef on stage in my 8th grade class play, "Muppets on The Move". Looking back, I find it ironic that our "Guest Stars" were Mickey & Minnie Mouse!!

I had that album and afew others myself back in the 70's...it would be nice to have the old vinyls released on CD. I also had "Bob McGrath Sings", I would love to hear that record again, it had some really good songs on it.

Ok, so I may sound like a nut here...but hear me out. I am a DJ and also run karaoke shows. I have over 60 songs from Disney on karaoke, so it occurred to me, why not Sesame Street songs on karaoke? I would love to be able to sing "Bein' Green", "C Is For Cookie", "Rubber Duckie" and "Goin'...

I like the 4 Disc Set idea...let's put out as much as the old episodes as possible.

Whenever I get to back to Guatemala, I watch Plaza Sesamo, and have not only seen Big Bird but many American sketches and characters dubbed into Spanish. I have only seen a small handful of songs dubbed, but it's an interesting expirience seeing the classic clips in another language.

I agree, (After seeing it on YouTube) put this one in a rocket along with the Star Wars Holiday special and shoot it at the Sun!!

I agree that Bob and Alaina were the best singers, but who could forget Will Lee singing "When I Was Young" ? I loved the line where he sings about playing marbles with his friends. You guys and gals remember the song I'm talking about?

Having the original pilot and pitch film was good ...but I agree that Season 1 could've had more features. Here's an idea for Season 2, how about a blooper reel?

I saw the episode in which Gina returns from Guatemala with her newly adopted son, and I must comment on it. My father is from Guatemala and came to the United States in the late 60's, met my mother and you know the rest. Immigration laws in that part of the world were less strict at that time...
