If this CGI show ever did happen I am afraid they would make the Muppet Babies look like the monsters the Care Bears have become when they made the transfer to CGI. I saw Care Bears and Joke-a-lot and I wanted to throw up from the amount of pastel colors and how the characters looked like...
I was just thinking about this sketch. I remember wtahcing it and getting frustrated at Forgetful, because he kept messing up. I thought Clementine was in the sketch, but I guess I was wrong.
Since this isn't one of the most in demand Muppet songs, what you could do is hire someone with an ear for music. That is a person who can pick out individual notes and then write the music for this song. I've heard of people who do this, but you have to pay them to do it. If you anyone who...
I've never even heard of this movie. When was it filmed and did Sesame Workshop put up the money to produce the film? Or is it an independent film made by a documentary company?
I think it was just a blue screen effect or they just edited the head out in the editing process. Probably isn't that hard to do, even with the technology of the 1980s.
We come from the fire, go back to the fire, turn the world around. Jim means alot to all of us. The fact that we can rejoice from his life and not focus on his death shows that he left an imprint to possibly turn the around like he did.
Elmo sang a "raunchy" song? It may not be raunchy by...
I've wondered what the Henson family thought of Avenue Q. I'm glad that Brian approves it and finds it humorous.
I'm curious if this will find approval with mass audiences though. An improv show is one thing, but a whole TV show? It worked with the Muppets, but that was geared at kids and...
I just bought a copy from overstock.com. I'm really happy to see that they drew Jareth a lot better than the comic books from Marvel. This is the first time I've seen Jareth transistioned from movie to paper without looking hideous.
Caroll Spinney must have had a ball playing with Jake like that. One minute he's nice as Big Bird, but then he's mean as Oscar.
The canned enthuasium got a little old though from Jake at least.
What is the edge anyway?
Well it's been many, many years for the last pair of Gelflings on the Crystal homeworld. Perhaps they had many, many children who in turn had many, many childre, who in turn had many, many children and so on and so on.
So we probably will see more Gelflings of the younger sort. I wonder if...
I think some sort of Jim Henson funded organization should sell the more rare clips, like the funeral and a collection of interviews. Allthe proceeds going to a charity or something. Isn't that what Jim Henson's Lewgacy is? (the foundation with the same name, not the actual legacy) :)
I wonder if more Muppeteers will come out with s book. First Carroll Spinney and now Kevin Clash. I love it and would like to see more biographies coming from these guys before they retire completely.
It's open for interpretation and in many aspects is similar to Labyrinth with "what really happened."
One is that Helena had a dream where all the people around her, her drawings, and her fantasies (if you listen closely at the beginning with the sock puppet theater you can hear Helena calls...
