Yeah, I agree with Gordon that it's not a bad idea to start getting comfortable with other fabrics. I also agree D'Snowth that Polar Fleece isn't such a horrible fabric to work with. I do still prefer Antron, but it's limited availability has forced me to try other things.
As for fur...I...
I have been studying this art for several years now and I couldn't agree more with going to Project Puppet for a start! They will certainly guide you in the right direction for what you're after. I also would recommend a couple of web sites where you can learn a lot of the fundamentals and...
It was SO easy to make! One trip to Home Depot, a hack saw and file and off you go! It would be pretty easy to modify it for wall mounting. Personally I needed the flexibility of a free standing rack. I can provide the dimensions of the various pieces that I cut for the rack shown if you'd like...

I agree with beakerfan. But I want to see some photos of the puppet you made beakerfan! I especially like your note about materials. I love working with Antron and do when I can, but I've used a number of different materials including an old magenta robe that my daughter gave me. Here's 2...
Wow. I'm always amazed by the people that seem too embarrassed to parent properly. As I do so many times in life where children are concerned I turn to the gospel of Cosby. Here then is the routine I feel is most appropriate to your rather amazing story...
While I DO love him and he would make an awesome sidekick for Lightning Rod I'm afraid the budget won't allow for such extravagances right now. Hope he finds a great home though!
I see there have been a number of views but till now no replies to your request. I think it may be because what you're asking for would be a violation of copyright and that's something most reputable builders will avoid.
Your best bet may be to try and create one yourself. Of course...
