Talking with Santa

Unraku did a fun gig last week; we were asked to have a puppet character host a Christmas call in show for kids in Southern Ontario called "Talk With Santa". The format of the show is that kids call in and, well, talk with Santa.

We did 5 live one hour shows last week, which I really enjoyed because I hadn't done live TV in about ten years (although I didn't do much puppeteering, it was mostly Unraku's Robin Polfuss who had a rotating team of assistants throughout the week).

This is absolutely adorable. I love the concept! The lighting of it all is really striking too because there is a vintage feel to it.
