OK...so let me preface this by saying that we have been truly blessed to have some of the most amazing well behaved children for every show weve had over the last few weeks....

BUT...

our 3pm show today CHANGED that streak...lolol

the child from ****!

we have the most amazing child wrangler on duty... our fearless leader dr ophelia tottlebottom.... and she is amazing with kids... a kindergarten teacher for MANY years and an all around amazing entertainer and human being!... and yet this child managed to bob and weave her way past dr T... and 5 other innocent bystanders...2 grandparents...and the childs own mother to just about demolish our whole theater throughout a 30 minute show

she charged the stage about a dozen times.... somehow got into the face painters paint...accosted a puppet and tried to rip his eyes and beak off midshow... attempted to untie dr T's shoes...attempted to remove the shoes off of another little girl....knocked over a t shirt display...tore up our child safety mat....and...THE COUP DE GRACE ....tore down....not one...BUT TWO curtain rods in our front windows....leveling the curtains to the floor...

it was at that time that the puppet i was operatings mouth stopped moving for atleast 15 seconds...LOLOLOL... i was like a deer in the headlights....lolol....but luckily we regrouped and finished the show....

meanwhile the young mother simply said in a light whisper...
"no..no..."

we have since nicknamed the child "no no"....haahhaaha...

all part of the job! ya gotta laugh about it instead of crying...lol

Wow. I'm always amazed by the people that seem too embarrassed to parent properly. As I do so many times in life where children are concerned I turn to the gospel of Cosby. Here then is the routine I feel is most appropriate to your rather amazing story.

Good job keeping that positive attitude! Hey, this experience will give you all kinds of way to prep yourselves and your theater for any future "no-no's"!

Too FUNNY!

Did you get it on tape?

I think you should invest in one of these? I know you could write it off on your taxes
