I never knew they put that song on PWMS. Is it on as one of the old versions, or is it an entirely different verson for that show? If it is a different version or different Muppets perform it, I must hunt that version down. Thanks for the info Splurge! :)

It appears to be a Twiddlebug. If my memory serves me right, the daughter Twiddlebug was magenta & the mother Twiddlebug was Purple & think the daughter was named Tina.
There was another song on SS called cooperation & it featured some Muppet kids working on a garden. Been trying to find that one for a while now. It went something along the lines of: "Cooperation, makes it happen." Or something like that.
Are you looking for just the Muppet skits, or screen captures of animation shorts? I favor & remember the animations most of all, & I could probably email you screen captures of some of the old stuff.

What ever happened to the Twiddlebugs? I remember watching theme out in Ernie's flower box & they taught about situations that use logic. They were cute. Anyone know why they disappeared from the show?

That was a very cute song. Why did they stop featuring the Honkers? Seems they are seen less & less. Does anyone know when they first introduced the Dingers? Did the Dingers do any specific skits or songs...
I have the pinball song for the numbers 4 & 6. I have the video of the ten tiny turtles. The audio quality is not very got on the pinball song, but if you would like, I can arrange to send it to you.

If you can forever banish 3 muppets from SS, new or old, who would you pick. My choices would be:
1.Elmo, because he speaks in third person & seems to have consumed more of the show than I think is fair.
2. Baby Bear, because he speaks in baby talk, which I would think would also encourage...
My favorite: Heeeeeere FISHY, FISHY FISHY! Bert & Ernie go fishing & as Erine call out to the fish, they jump in the boat. I actually have the sound clip from that skit. Classic!
