Holy crap, Bagdasarian Productions has evidently gone full-blown copyright nazi on everybody: they're removing any and all traces of fan-generated content on YouTube - including an entire fan channel that they previously had no problems with, and even gave the channel owners their grace and...
I've literally had the idea for this story for years. Seriously, I have - the only difference was that the new sanitation worker hadn't dented Oscar's trashcan and took it to fix it, but they did take his can by mistake for being new to the route, and being unfamiliar with Oscar actually living...
I have heard it said that the only way to truly appreciate shows such as these is to be married yourself, because you have a better comprehension of the show and it's more relatable and identifiable . . . I guess I wouldn't know that, considering I'm not married myself, but I do believe that...
I still plan on holding onto 7 as long as I can. I still have yet to hear anything positive about 10.
On the other hand, I have heard that apparently 12 (no 11) is in development right now.
Last night I dreamt that there was a huge live taping for an SS 50th anniversary special, and as you can imagine, just about all of us were there in attendance!
The open problem was instead of a seating area with bleachers and such like a normal studio would for an audience, they had a bunch of...
I thought it seemed like there were less posts per page. That I don't like. I do remember the old vBulletin forum had a setting on our accounts where we could choose to display 10, 20, or even 50 posts per page.
Based on various episodes I've seen so far, one thing I find intriguing about the dynamics of Tim and Jill's relationship is that Jill doesn't seem to ever stay mad at Tim or his shortcomings for very long, and in fact, there are many times where she either tries to be understanding of why he is...
The official AFV YouTube channel took down the heartbreaking, yet adorable video of a little girl bawling her eyes out over the news of Tom Bergeron leaving the show, and even the video with, "Tom Bergeron, I'll miss you," while blowing a kiss to the camera.
I remember when they played that...
Not necessarily. You can like something casually without being an actual fan, like if there are certain shows or movies that you can enjoy and may watch if they happen to be on at the moment, but they're not something you would necessarily go out of your way to watch whenever it's on a schedule.
Wait, other PBS stations do pledge drives? We stopped doing pledge drives fourteen years ago when all those religious and morality groups slashed our viewer funding for spreading propaganda about PBS shows brainwashing kids into the evil cult that is homosexuality, all over that POSTCARDS FROM...
Yes, and they did another one when Bill Hader returned as host a couple of years ago, because Howard Stern said this was his all-time favorite SNL skit ever, so Bill Hader decided to have it brought back when he hosted.
What is everybody getting so butthurt over American schools not teaching Arabic numerals for? I mean when I was in school, they never taught us about Roman numerals - I honestly had no idea what any of those Ms or Vs or Xs meant whenever older shows and movies used them for their copyright stamps.
After just one season? Even a lot of the most successful shows in primetime television didn't start becoming bonafide hits until after two or three seasons.
Kind of/sort of the same here. I've seen an occasional episode here and there over the years, but I never really actually sat down and watched the show until sometime last year since it's been airing on UPtv. It's an amusing and entertaining little family sitcom, and this was really when Tim...
Eating a bowl of Fruity Pebbles, and wow, it seems so different since the last time I had some (which I don't remember when): the texture somehow seems more similar to Rice Krispies, and the flavor seems less sweet and fruity.
What's funny is apparently in the episode, there is a female rat that Mr. Ratburn's students think is who he's going to marry, only to find out she's his sister . . . so, it's actually not that far off.
