    The "You know what?" thread

When I really think about it, it seems to me that of the three major CGI animation studios (well, those that were once the top three major CGI animation studios), DreamWorks has been the most consistent with their overall animation and the evolution of such . . . I mean even the original SHREK...

What kind of lover are you then? Should we ask your waifus to elaborate on that? Coco? Raven?

    Questions about anything

Sonic (the drive-in restaurant, not the hedgehog) has foot-long chili dogs they call Coneys that are supposedly good, my dad really likes them. If you were down here in the south, you could try chili cheese pups from a place called Krystal (the south's version of White Castle).

Would the Muppets be better off owned by Warner Bros.?

That's still a poor move though: in order to actually see the new show, you have to shell out for Disney's own personal streaming service, when there's already other streaming services they could have dumped it on that more people already have such as Netflix or something . . . but even so, not...

Would the Muppets be better off owned by Warner Bros.?

Not really. The corporate influence is what's killing them. Disney/ABC tried too hard to make THE MUPPETS (2015) seem like every other popular mainstream sitcom of the time (namely, THE OFFICE, THE BIG DANG THEORY, and MODERN FAMILY), that it basically robbed the Muppets of what make them unique...

Would the Muppets be better off owned by Warner Bros.?

The chances for home entertainment releases are not greater, because Warner is one of the most notorious studios for bad releases . . . you think it's bad that Disney has yet release Seasons 4 and 5 of TMS on DVD? Warner hasn't released Seasons 3-6 or the movie finale of ED, EDD N EDDY since...

    Home Improvement fans

This week, for whatever reason, UPtv skipped Season 7 and went to Season 8 instead, and . . . I will agree that it wasn't necessarily a laugh-out-loud funny season, I'm not so sure I would call it weak either - but definitely different and interesting. Skipping a season, it felt strange to see...

The 'What Song Are You Currently Listening To?' Thread

You mean he has other songs aside from the original version of "Hooked on a Feeling"?

    Little things we've noticed

Even my Feminist (70s feminism, not modern feminism), liberal, neo-hippy, progressive, forward-thinking, open-minded, elderly mother thinks its time SS included an LGBT character. This, I'm not so sure about. While SS would be the perfect show for an LGBT character to simply co-exist alongside...

Your Thoughts: Toy Story 4 *Contains Spoilers*

So I am genuinely curious about something: I've read that since Don Rickles died before he could record any dialogue for Mr. Potato Head, that Pixar basically combed through all of his archival material and had enough to basically doctor the entire performance for the character in this movie...

Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4932 - Baby Bear's Just Right Cafe

When Alan said it was time to plan the play, I thought that was an indication that the song would be featured in this episode again, but apparently that wasn't the case. Anyway, not really much to say about this one, other than it was nice to see Baby Bear again, and it was interesting to see...

What made you roll your eyes today thread?

I know I shouldn't complain about the amount of thunder storms we've been having lately, given that we're usually parched this time of year since summer is generally our dry season, but they've been coming so frequently as of late, which prompts me to have to unplug my computer (yeah, it's...
