Honestly, this could be a case where the controversy surrounding it is more interesting than the episode. Remember, how big a deal was the Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds cover was until it was revealed.
With the “Dead” Muppets how was that structured full clips or just partial segments? Also with character selection, was the characters that didn’t work like Professor Hastings or characters that come and went like Chicago The Lion?
I have a feeling because he got hired on Sesame Street around the time of 07 or so. He couldn’t really say anything positive or negative and decided to leave his account.
I just stated “I think Noel say because Disney buying Bear and the passing of Lynne Thipen, there was a lot of rethinking about doing the movie.” which is basically fat chance!
So I got some news about who were puppeteers: Peter was Ernie, Tyler was Cookie Monster, Stephanie was Prairie Dawn, Cameron was Rosita, Jen was Zoe, Warrick was Gonger, and Pam was Telly.
Jerry has the right idea, I don’t think the film would’ve killed Sesame Street. There’s been tons of things that have happened to Sesame Street and they’ve survived it
From what I’ve gathered together, I don’t think this film would’ve been made either way with how it doesn’t feel Sesame with the whole presidents plot and it being very topical
I think the puppets pieces went all around to others but the character itself was probably retired after the Muppet movie. Mr Essex didn’t fully use Herbert’s maybe his mustache but not the hair. He was a live hand lavender Muppet not just the regular lavender Muppet
The Telly one might be getting confused for an Elmo episode, Where Elmo’s goldfish, Bubbles dies and he is really heartbroken about it. And there was no toilet flushing.
