No, no, no, I know Kermit's scenes in the special but I wanted to know if I should buy this DVD or go on EBay or something to get the older tape (they seem to pretty much be the same thing but with the Kermit scenes on the VHS).
And is the Emmet Otter DVD HIT put out worth replacing the VHS for?
Looking around Google, it looks like we're finally getting a new Shalom Sesame video soon...

Looks like that the team working on Rechov Sumsum now is doing these videos. Anyone have any info on this?
So are these two DVD's worth buying? I don't own Emmet on DVD yet (I have a VHS copy with the Kermit scene) but don't own The Christmas Toy in any form so should I pick up both of these anyway or save my money?
It seems that his site has been taken down. Good thing, I really hope Disney stops this guy from making his slightly off Muppet replicas at outlandish prices. I wouldn't buy any puppet off that guy. Period.

Wow, lucky, my director refuses to let anyone in the regular cast audition to be any part of the plant at all. :concern: She said she was going to get a techie to do the puppetry and one of my friends who has never even done theater to be the voice (all this after she tells me that she cannot...
Actually, another quote from Gusteau from that movie fits perfectly with this thread, too. (Modified for obvious reasons)
"You must be imaginative, strong-hearted. You must try things that may not work, and you must not let anyone define your limits because of where you come from. Your only...
Unfortunatly, while I was looking forward to this film, I didn't like it at all. It was confusing mess, I couldn't really follow the plot (if there even WAS one).
Moreover, I find it amazing that the Hensons can get stuff like this done with a snap of the fingers while it takes years and years...
I am pretty much with everyone else that puppetry cannot be taught easily. As much as people don’t want to comprehend that, it’s something that cannot be learned overnight. Seeing bad puppetry is something that probably makes all of us groan. Like someone opening their whole hand and not just...
